Minutes of meeting with Craig Mather, Brian Stockbridge etc
forlanssister replied to rbr's topic in Rangers Chat
It's a Trojan Horse. What does the provider of the facility get, 'A' shares , 'B' shares, "Relevant securities"? Worth reading the full text of Resolution 9 and bearing the facility in mind. Nothing to stop the provider of that facility receiving a security ranking above ordinary shares in fact you can take as certain. A point to remember is these are the people who deliberately drafted the prospectus in order to conceal their 100% bonuses for winning SFL3. Resolutions 9 and 10 are pure "Poison Pills" and the £2.5m facility should be likewise treated.- 72 replies

The condensed version that appears on the ballot papers is: 9) To authorise Directors to allot relevant securities. 10) To enable Directors to allot shares for cash without first offering them to existing shareholders.- 64 replies

Yes in regards to BDO investigating the circumstances regarding Ian Hart's initial shareholding, that is correct and it was an open secret so to speak.

They do a lot more than muddy the waters, they are pure "Poison Pills" and should strike fear into the heart of any ordinary shareholder and fan. Those resolutions should be voted against irrespective of who proposes them or stands to benefit from them, nobody but nobody should hold the power that these two resolutions would allow not the Easdales, not King, not the Murray's, not McColl.- 64 replies

They're all singing the theme tune to The Italian Job. Mather's probably toast no matter which way the hammer falls at the AGM.

Then once again your assumption is wrong. He didn't sell anything to Laxey he gave them his shares gratis as Laxey were smart enough not to believe Green's bullshit and extracted a personal guarantee from him. Others lacked Laxey's foresight and that will blow up big time with potentially serious consequences.- 80 replies
