Have you missed the massed deletions of the various scribd documents and imgur images etc along with the various twitter accounts being blocked? As unpalatable as it is to stomach the stuff is real enough (though often edited in some fashion or another), the first post by that account to the scribd document is whoever is behind it laying down a marker as he (or even she) knew what was coming would stretch credulity.

It'll depend on who blinks first.

You try and buy a significant share and you'll realise that you cannot do so at market price, it will take a lot more than £5m to buy 20% unless those who hold major shareholdings drop their demands for ten bob a share. King also risks limiting his options once he makes a move and becomes a hostage to market rules.

Act like Violet Elizabeth Bott if you like but only the deluded can think that the present squad doesn't need trimmed at the very least in these extremely straightened times Pray tell just wtf have we been watching for the last year and a half?

I think Wallace as more of a Patsy than a stooge, Somers though is Curly,Larry and Moe personified.
-
It would be a grossly incompetent CEO who didn't follow that specific course of action (allied to other cost cutting measures i.e boardroom remuneration) no matter how we would like to think otherwise.
-
1) Wallace probably. 2) I doubt he will as long as the current board and shareholdings are constructed as they are.

Desperate lack of width once again. Peralta must be absolutely spectacular in training.

Whilst I find the sentiment to be noble the reality is that no matter how blatantly obvious it to you, me and anyone else there is a large part of the Rangers constituency simply don't want to believe what's in front of their eyes as both Whyte and Green have previously demonstrated. The actualité is that we are one of the most fractious and apathetic fan bases in world football, Protestants with a seemingly aversion to protesting.

Of course that assumes that everyone agrees that you have in fact actually offered up an actual solution and not in effect not just highlighted another symptom of why we as a support have failed so miserably. Have I missed the agreement is mandatory instruction somewhere along the line? Wallace basically told us we were made utter fools of by spivs who never produced anything remotely resembling a business plan whilst we hemorrhaged cash left, right and centre, If Wallace is remotely like the person he has been portrayed to us then it would take nowhere near 120 days to lay out his version of the road ahead.

Democratic Process - Hanging by a thread or a rope ?
forlanssister replied to D'Artagnan's topic in Rangers Chat
Democracy is portrayed as all things being equal but the reality is like everything else in life is that some are more equal than others. Like you say that's the price we pay for capitalism but it will also be capitalism that will proffer deliverance (hopefully!). -
Democratic Process - Hanging by a thread or a rope ?

When almost one third of the shareholders get 70 votes for every 70p "invested" and the vast majority get one vote for every 70p it kinds of puts a different slant on democracy. -

Do you know of any other clubs where the non playing staff wage bill is larger than the playing staff wage bill apart from Queen's Park of course? Do you know of any other football club where the CEO is the highest remunerated employee? Do you know of any other football club where the Finance Director gets a !00% bonus for football results but denies any responsibility for the financial results? Looks pretty simple to me .

Changing company wouldn't automatically equate to demotion.

Why not ?
