They're claiming the £20m he invested in us was income meaning that he never declared the £20m as income and therefore should be taxed on it.

Nice to see that John Bennett isn't scared to stick his colours to the mast despite the best efforts of some.

Why do you continually perpetrate the myth that Laxey and Prior bought at a low price? Laxey bought in at £1 Prior at circa 54p. Perhaps it's because he actually knows what the f*&k he's doing?

Oh it already has an idiot straight from central casting dropping this gem.....

Whilst I doubt that he'll be able to deliver Utopia he'd be a massive leap in the right direction.

I think this offer is more to move the process of ensuring the Albion is always available than anything else. Apparantly Wallace's 120 review is looking at all the options for reducing the cost base well here's a gift horse from someone without alterior motive.

The world knows what Somers said, believe it or not that's the main purpose of an 'open letter'.

Quite damning that a City institution has come out and publicly criticised the board and its' advisors. Indicates that there are grounds for very serious concerns.

A situation is being engineered , what odds of the Ahmad claim being quietly settled so he could join Laxey and the Easdales on any potential creditors list. Perhaps that's what McMurdo meant when he claimed if Ahmad won the case he'd invest the money back in the club. -

Pre-packed administrations which favour the few at the expense of the many almost invariably don't take as long as overnight to perperate. -
Neither do I, but I think Lafferty was an extremely poor professional during his time at RFC hence my lack of sympathy for his present predicament. The boy undoubtedly has talent it was his own choice not to maximise it.
