Wallace may indeed hold office but the simple fact is he holds no power. I'm led to believe he is still trying to find the door marked 'Exit'.

LOL x 1000! He got pushed out for having ideas above his station. Stockbridge did not fly out to South Africa with Mather he was dispatched as soon as they discovered where Mather was actually going.
-
We saw what happened when he attempted to take responsibility and flew to South Africa in attempt to change things didn't we?
-
You really think Mather had the power to do either of those things? If he did he'd still be in place.
-
Ooooooh so it is all the fault of you're hero Chuckles and his band of merry men?
-
Furfuxsake we're doing it just over a year after raising £22m and with 2 seasons worth of season ticket monies up front.
-
Are you really trying to argue that two wrongs make a right? You've previously criticised the regime of David Murray for running the club the way they did ( you're correct in that regards imho) yet you won't condemn the present board for doing the exact same thing?
-
Did they not just have to beg for £1.5m to see us till the end of the season?
-
No business can run when you've spunked all your income for 12 months 8 or 9 months into the year.
-
No it isn't, there are plenty other uncertainties factored in without the potential season ticket withholding and drip feeding (as opposed to calling it a boycott).
-
No the key point is even with no season ticket money boycott we will be in trouble again.
-
It appears that is the case.
-
More epic Teutonic trolling. The Sports Direct joint venture appears to be a poor deal for Rangers, the factoring in of monies from Rangers Retail is a dubious thing to do given that the timing and amount of any dividend are entirely at the mercy of Sports Direct because in all financial matters Sports Direct's 49 shares are effectively doubled to 98 against Rangers 51. Whoever agreed this deal on behalf of Rangers was not looking after the interests of the club.
-
Wouldn't like to see the RFFF money being spent on this at all, however I would happily donate to any fund set up to assist with his defence against Greasdale.

Keith Jackson: Check mate for Dave King in Ibrox
forlanssister replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
I fear Jackson is premature in declaring check mate, those controlling us are as they have already demonstrated on numerous occasions both astute and devious and show scant regard for the rules. -
Ah well you'd better bring a booster cushion!

Or it simply illustrates how detached from the fans the board has become by initially constructing the deal in the manner they did.
-
Can't say I'm either confident in nor inspired by what appears to be the business plans of the Board and King, don't spend and hope versus spend and hope Though in fairness to both sides far more meat needs to be put on the bones before we can reach a definitive position. If I were to run my business with either option I'd be well f*&ked. Whole episode is deliberately opaque all we know is that he has at least one share less than 3%. In his own name anyway!
