Offered to existing shareholders pro rata is my understanding.

This is his first gig as CEO just as we were Stockbridge's first gig as a Finance Director.

Nobody will touch it as a sale and leaseback whilst the claim of Whyte and Early is active irrespective of how spurious that claim is.

It was put to me that Wallace's role at Man City was more akin to that of Ken Olverman at Rangers than that of a CEO.

Did the last accounts not give a net average value to Rangers of £210 per season ticket?

All the shares irrespective of the actual price paid have a nominal value of £0.01. Whether you paid £1 per share or £0.01 per share the nominal value is always £0.01 per share.

Was the Under 19's final at Hampden cracking back heeler. Seen Lttle coming out of the gym at NARSA everyday which was more than some of hid team mates did. You going to Toronto? -

Wallace's contract signed on the 19th November 2013 also states that should he be voted out by the shareholders at the AGM on December 19th 2013 he would be entitled to receive 6 months salary and benefits receivable within 7 days of him asking for it.

Been plenty said about McCoist's remuneration as it was already public knowledge and I have serious doubts regarding any alleged wage 'cut', but this is the first confirmation of Walllace's remuneration package.
