The empty house and car park cost the company more than Ibrox or Auchenhowie (perhaps even both together) did.
-
Principle is identical they handed over security over assets in return for cash.

There is no provision for a bonus in his contract. -

That's £1600 less than he earned from RIFC for part of November. -
They already have handed over assets though haven't they so it's not a principle they're averse to is it?

Thing is a large part of those not wishing to presently renew are doing so because of the utter tripe being offered on the park. At the Cup semi-final I left the game early for the first time in my life (before half time) I did so not because of boardroom travails but simply because I did not believe the team being managed by McCoist were capable of overturning a two goal deficit against a very average Dundee Utd team.

Little leaves while Hegarty and Perry told to find new clubs
forlanssister replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Does it have an answer!? -
Try reading his posts. He claims to have invested 20K in shares last year to support the club despite that being impossible as he would have to had purchased the shares in the market ergo not a single penny would have went to the club. He couldn't as a US resident have purchased shares in the IPO, it states that on the cover of the prospectus and again in the prospectus. Surely you aren't that desperate for a soulmate?

Isn't it just....

More likely to be more of a "traditionalist" than an actual colonialist.
-
If you bought 20K shares last year then not a single penny of it went to support the club.

Contact them and you can ask for a copy of the Directors Service Contracts at the same time.

Excellent statement from Andy Little, I wish him well in furthering his career. -
Not my type, you may have more success touting yourself around the Board (allegedly of course!).

I'm not averse to cutting McCoist's budget and telling him to spend more time on the training ground and a hell of a lot more time with the youths. -
One share is all you'll need, best to ask for it in certificated form costs more but saves hassle later on.
-
Ask them to send you a copy they'll have 7 days with which to comply with your request once you have proven your bona fides.
-
I don't I expect Laxey may well wish to underwrite any issue. You have to be an existing shareholder to take part there won't be another IPO.
-
You'd have to buy in the market if you're not an existing shareholder.
-
If you are a shareholder to can inspect a copy at Ibrox or ask for a copy to be sent to you.

His contract is so loosely worded that his bonus is basically in the gift of his boardroom colleagues, there are no written benchmarks for him to attain. It appears for all intents and purposes to be nothing more than a hidden salary entitlement. Buying a season ticket is solely a matter of personal choice it's not a mandatory requirement. Pity I quite enjoyed watching you blow the occasional fuse!...........
