No, where we find ourselves now is even if everyone renewed all it would do is buy a few months grace.
-
Season ticket sales alone have never met the costs of running the club, the season ticket culture in itself is a relatively new phenomenon.
-
But that's never been the case and that's the sole reason we've gone through what we have and why we're going through what we are now.
-
I'd tend to agree if the interests of all the shareholders were in alignment but they're patently not.
-
Point is simple, you mock King's attempt to engage with the fans and force change as 'futile' but your own attempts to find a sugar daddy to pony up on behalf of the fans and force change was ultimately equally as 'futile' if not more so.
-
Ah such modesty! Am I the first to bestow that particular trait upon you?

Here's a 'B' listed building in Glasgow You should recognise it but you'll never see it in the flesh (so to speak) again.
-
You should print simplythebest on the back of it I'm sure they'd do it for you in the Megastore......

I'm sure you can reach your own conclusion on that.

This listed building nonsense is a complete red herring 'B' listed buildings get pulled down everyday of the week, you may have noticed an entire 'B' listed school not just a facade vanish to be replaced by a lock block path.
-
As futile as your attempts to find a sugar daddy to pony up?
-
Absolutely .

He just writes whatever his mate Imran tells him.

Agreed. Some sale and leasebacks have things like break clauses, an option to buy back at a pre-agreed price at some point in the future but I wouldn't expect that to be contained in any deal conducted by the current board. Buying out the lease or buying back the stadium are the only options I can see. I'm not hellbent against borrowing against the assets per se , in the right circumstances it can be a very handy tool to have, however I simply would not trust the current board to do so.
-
Best to carry on heading to hell in a handcart eh?
-
Once a sale and leaseback occurs then the only way to undo it would be to buy it back, any sale and leaseback would tie us to playing at Ibrox as part of the deal.

Try reading the question I was asked and then the answer I gave it'll save you from writing such utter crap like that above.

Sell The Rangers Football Club Ltd to a shell company and liquidate RIFC plc.
-
Title is registered in the name of Sevco Scotland now The Rangers Football Club Limited which is different from having title registered in the name of RIFC plc which holds title over The Albion and Edmiston House which of course the security of which has been assigned to Sandy Easdale and George Letham.
-
Title to the assets is not held in the name of RIFC plc.
-
This part just part just beggars belief.
-
....and the Board's plan is?
-
A case of nonfeasance perhaps?
-
Oh for the day the board collectively say, "That's all folks!"
-
You'll be a prime candidate for a Boardroom seat with that attitude given that's how we're being at present.
