They weren't aware of it as once a director serves his ban it is stricken from public records, Private Eye had to petition the High Court in order to find out the details. Mark Daly was only able to introduce the banning order by using transcripts from an unrelated court case during which reference to the banning order was made.

Not for the first time you're confusing purchasing shares in the market with investment in the club when they are actually two totally separate things.

The inability to pay bills as they fall due is all that's required IIRC (plenty bean counters on here to correct me if that interpretation is incorrect). The Easdale/Letham loans are in indication of how close we've come to that scenario already. Admin II would be a totally unnecessary event as the club already has the facilities to harvest the cheapest form of raising capital via the existing power to issue 43.4m shares on a preemptive basis and it can call a GM and propose a resolution in order to hold an open rights issue.

Can't speak for T4C but I've never been a member of the RST, I sat on the sidelines and like many others watched with sadness at what happened to me the responsibility for what happened is shared by all those involved I do not blame or absolve from blame any party in favour of another as far as I can see everybody lost perhaps and most importantly of all the club itself most of all. I probably lack the necessary ego, anyway I'm too much of a "droll bastard" according to those who know me well. Top of my manifesto in any case would be freshly fried haddock and chips in the food kiosk in the West Enclosure, one must get one's priorities right! Que sera, sera.

There is no "grand victory" and for the umpteenth time I would have far rather been proven wrong and have had some internet egg on my internet face that having to witness what I have. T4C or anyone else for that matter need no help from me for it's your own words that hold you to ridicule not mine.

Isn't everyone who stands for election just pitching for a job? Remuneration or the lack thereof is irrelevant. I'm not the one belittling anyone you're the who started it by mocking King yet cannot admit your own endeavours ended in utter futility.
