As far as I'm aware we haven't received a single penny from the Rangers Retail joint venture and won't until Ashley decides to pay a dividend, that's why although Stockbridge included £1.7m cash from the joint venture in the accounts the money however was "not readily available to the club", although technically the club own 51% SportsDirect's 49% outvotes the club in all matters financial as they effectively have 98 votes to the clubs 51. It is undoubtedly one of the "onerous contracts" Wallace mentioned in his review. Ironically enough the JJB deal turned out to be one of the finest deals the club has ever done.

That doesn't really benefit the club either though.

Had me going till the last part!......

He made it last night to the Press Association ergo to every media outlet in the UK. To think he's allegedly the better edumacated of the bruvvers.
-
Interestingly neither The Scotsman not The BBC have attributed a byline to their articles.

To undermine Wallace.

Sorry for the tardy response, still playing catch up. Was a bit weird Tom Miller announcing my name before I did considering I've never met him in my puff. Wallace just waffled complete bullshit and was overtly mendacious though he did imply that the board and the legal department were clueless when it comes to the Companies Act.

It's hard not to laugh.

I'm inclined to lean towards fantasy.

I would imagine they would have been none too enamored to find out that last time round the £2,5m "facility" turned out to be no more than fantasy and will be wary of a recurrence.

Police say there is no proof of criminality at Rangers
forlanssister replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
Police stated to me that the advice they received from the Fiscal and Police Lawyer is that I should proceed via the civil route. -
I saw his lips moving but I was hearing Charles Green.

As far as I'm aware the Rangers Retail joint venture with Sports Direct has yet to provide the club with so much as a single penny and any dividend at all from Rangers Retail is purely in the gift of Sports Direct as in all matters financial Sports Direct's 49% outvotes Rangers 51%.

Another way to phrase the question would have been, "Will MediaHouse be in attendance?" but being a regular over there you should've known what chilledbear meant.

John Brown & Craig Houston handing over the SoS petition at Ibrox
forlanssister replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
The names on the petition are probably being cross referenced with those who responded with the Focus Group email.- 53 replies
