Sorry for the tardy response, still playing catch up. Was a bit weird Tom Miller announcing my name before I did considering I've never met him in my puff. Wallace just waffled complete bullshit and was overtly mendacious though he did imply that the board and the legal department were clueless when it comes to the Companies Act.

As far as I'm aware the Rangers Retail joint venture with Sports Direct has yet to provide the club with so much as a single penny and any dividend at all from Rangers Retail is purely in the gift of Sports Direct as in all matters financial Sports Direct's 49% outvotes Rangers 51%.

Funnily enough Mary Keller springs to mine. (There's a reason he was one of the select group of penny share recipients). (Every time I put petrol in the BP in Dundee I pay more than I would have to at Tesco 1 mile back up the road as do the thousands of others who do the same.)

Do you think chuckles woke up one morning and said I'm going to give Ally a million penny shares out of the goodness of my heart? There was a quid pro quo in regards to McCoist's million penny shares, I had nothing Green desperately wanted ergo the answer is no.
