  1. Ah the accounts! Would these be the same accounts that claimed there was a £2.5m facility and there were no known share diluting possibilities?
  2. I wish them every success but they need to bear in mind that there will be another issue quite quickly after this one.ts Personally I won't be exercising my rights.
  3. Don't think so, pretty sure he can state whether he'll be exercising his rights or not and what not after all those Directors that hold shares have stated via the announcement that they're intending to exercise theirs.
  4. Don't think there is for mere plebs like us but the Board will be aware of who voted for what and exactly what they need to do to push it through this time round. Disapplication of pre-emptive rights is a pretty standard motion in PLC's and I've voted in favour of such motions many times however those companies had boards that could be trusted, we're a million miles away from that.
  5. He means the disapplication of pre-emptive rights and the attempt to get approval for the Board to issue more penny shares to themselves.
  6. I suppose they could but I can't see much if any benefit in it at present however if the present structure of shareholders is altered that will change, but I don't think they would share any eggs from that potential golden goose with anyone but themselves. It's probably a pre-planned event with a pre-planned outcome to favour certain parties financially but then I'm an unapologetic cynic.
  7. That wouldn't be of much benefit to either party in itself, because of the valuation of Ibrox is such a large proportion of the assets they need 75% approval to dispose of it iirc.
  8. The short time frame could suggest they have someone in place to pick up the 15m shares. Even if they have this exercise may well have to be repeated prior to or perhaps on the back of the AGM if a pre-emptive rights disapplication motion fails to pass like last season. It may be that 15m new shares take a certain group of shareholders over the 75% threshold needed to disapply the pre-emptive rights and also be enough to enable the sale and/or sale and leaseback of Ibrox itself.
  9. That just blew the fuse on my Troll Alert System. Try reading your own post history sometime it's worth it for the unintended humour value alone. What part of... ....are you have trouble understanding? It effectively means Ashley is withholding £2.72 million of the Companies money.
  10. If it were approximately 24k I'm sure it would have said so! To me that announcement reads as less than 23k have been actually "sold". Given the present state of affairs whether it's 23k or 24k (or even 34k for that matter) makes no difference in the grand scheme of things though the news will hardly lead to queues of people seeking to renew at the ticket shed.
  11. So you still maintaining those who were warning of impending financial catastrophe are merely "doomsayers"? Just asking like. By the way is that the same Ashley who could sanction the release of the £2.7m mentioned on the announcement and make it payable to the club immediately?
  12. Weekend before last. Probably, but Deloittes will prefer paid for season tickets. I'm unaware of saying you did.
  13. Show us the proof then Rab since you're not shy in asking for proof that the Board and their cronies are a bunch of thieving c*&ts!
  14. That includes the free staff ones gunslinger mentioned previously and also over 200 wheelchair & carer tickets. Last figure I'm aware of was 23.5k including the gratis ones so less than 23k actually sold by then. The IPO gave a net value of £219 per season ticket so probably circa £250 now. The only way season ticket sales will exceed 30k is if the Board is replaced.
  15. Of those whom on our bus did not renew this season the overwhelming reason by far and away is those who currently inhabit the Boardroom and if the Boardroom were to change for the better then they all say they'd renew.
  16. Nope, Supreme Courts and European Court yet iirc.
  17. I've witnessed every single minute of our cup games under McCoist from Malmo to Airdrie and all I've seen is failure after failure after failure and there isn't enough mitigation on the planet to mitigate that. The only win rate stat that counts is Cup competitions completed 11, won 0%.
  18. His record against lower tier teams in cups is hardly what could be called satisfactory either is it?
  19. Damn biased mhedia spouting their nonsense again! http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?65305-Lee-Robinson-signs Just saying like!
  20. I imagine the catering contract is now one of the onerous contracts Wallace likes to mention but not name.
