I'm not injecting anything, it's crystal clear what you wrote and everyone bar you are reading it the same as me.

I'm fully aware what he wrote and what you replied but it appears you may not be.

Self serving bullshit, once again you're trying to excuse your own ignorance, many warned what was inevitable under Whyte. I imagine they do and that headline is factual. This may surprise you but many are in fact are alarmed so again it's factual. It may well come to pass and again it's factual. Again if they did approach King then the headline is factual. Again as unpleasant as it reads it's factual. Fancy that newspapers running with facts, no less an authority than the Board/Company itself laid out in the clearest possible terms in a Regulatory Announcement to The Stock Exchange exactly what will happen that's not far fetched it's the unvarnished truth. No amount of blaming the f*&king mhedia will alter that. When a company is unable to pay its' bills as they fall due then it is insolvent. -
Oh they certainly do!

It reads like one of bawsburst's posts at RM as that's missing is the Chuckles smiley.

You could argue it effectively is underwritten whilst at the same time it's not!

We must hold the record for correcting official regulatory announcements. Just wtf do Daniel Stewart, Newgate Threadneedle and the Board do for their filthy lucre? -

On the contrary it looks a fait acompli with certain parties strengthening their positions. -

Ah the accounts! Would these be the same accounts that claimed there was a £2.5m facility and there were no known share diluting possibilities? -
I wish them every success but they need to bear in mind that there will be another issue quite quickly after this one.ts Personally I won't be exercising my rights.

Don't think so, pretty sure he can state whether he'll be exercising his rights or not and what not after all those Directors that hold shares have stated via the announcement that they're intending to exercise theirs.
