    It may well still be the case but I doubt it! When Richard Hughes sold up (iirc the last trade in the region of that size) it was at a fair discount to the market, given the mid market price attributed to today's "deal" I'm inclined to lean towards the institutional transfer as the most likely explanation given what little is actually known.

    They wanted him to underwrite ergo giving other investors some comfort however the way it is constructed meant he could have underwritten it yet been unable to pick up so much as a single share out of the open offer.
