It's well over 30% of the voting rights, iirc it's voting rights that count not actual % ownership of the company as different classes of shares have different rights etc. Only one is listed though.

Simple maths, even if we sold 50,000 season tickets it wouldn't be enough to see out the season without additional funding and the fans cannot be blamed that.

Whoopteedoo !!!!! I know people who probably spend a lot more just travelling to the games. To each and everyone who have made the conscious decision not to renew or not attend at all under the present regime I doff my cap you're better men than me.

I know what Rule 9 is but others seem to have difficulty with it. The "mandatory" part is a bit of a misnomer as it's easy enough to gain a dispensation as a look across the city demonstrates, I imagine anyone finding themselves over 30% as a result of the impending rights issue will be granted one if they so desire.

It was definitely one of those days for Boyd, horrendous would be too kind to describe his performance finishing. Mohsni did what he's supposed to do and cut the crap out. Agree re Wallace his best performance in many a moon. Still think Macleod is being wasted out on the left, Black as you say is quite wasteful. Thought Aird disappeared for a large part of the second half as he's prone to doing but came back a bit towards the end when they tired a bit. Clark put in a shift and took his goal well, Law's finish for his was excellent. Templeton when he came on again ran down blind alley's after some good work. All in all a much more happier and enjoyable day out.
