    IIRC initially for 7 years, but if Ashley is doing a favour to Greenco by obtaining shares then expect that favour to be returned many times over.

    Rangers own 51% and Sports Direct 49% of the joint venture however in all matters financial Sports Directs shares have 2 votes ergo Sports Direct have 98 votes on all matters financial and Rangers have 51.

    But if Sports Direct decide they'd like to use that money to cover the walls of the stores in gold leaf rather than pay a dividend then they can, dividends are entirely in the gift of Sports Direct, we have no automatic right to receive as much as a single penny.

    Keep dreaming then. Ashley is only looking after his own self interest and pocket, remind me again how much has the club received from Ranges Retail Limited? King whist probably a vast improvement on the present incumbents won't immediately place us in Utopia.

    Not taking shares via the Open Offer but instead taking from Hargreave Hale was by far the smarter option, Kingoco simply outmaneuvered.

    I imagine that those aligned with Greenco control more than that and are consolidating.

    He has removed 4.265m shares from a shareholder not aligned to Greenco, he has also removed the option in the forth coming rights issue from a shareholder not aligned to Greenco. He has effectively guaranteed that those aligned with Greenco will remain in control for as long as they like and get to keep their onerous contracts.

    It's a pretty sad state of affairs that when they issue an RNS you know before you read it a correction will be released imminently.

    Non reconciling numbers are the norm in Rangers related statements, sure there will be a corrective statement/s along sometime soon.

    I concur, however it begs the question why choose this particular ill thought out venture?
