    In another of those weird and wonderful co-incidences in the world of Rangers Brian Kennedy made £32m selling shares in a company called Entu on Wedenesday. It was floated by Zeus Capital.

    Nothing to do with Chinese stock market as the shares are only listed on AIM. AIM rules and UK law applies. I'd like to think so but I'm far from convinced it would. Though it should get you over 50%.

    Roughly £8,250,000 but you would never ever harvest 51% of the shares for that price.

    I wasn't aware of it being discussed by the fans board. The UoF are Rangers fans and well within their rights to say and do as they see fit in just the same way as any Rangers fan is.

    Surely to f*&k this will be challenged by shareholders as it is against the interests of every shareholder except Ashley and those associated with him.

    IIRC it's only the removal of pre-emption rights that needs 75%, as Ashley is underwriting the rights issue he has no need for the removal of pre-emption rights as he automatically picks up any unused rights.

    If you think a £2m loan from Ashley has saved us from going bust best think again, in any case our cash position would not have been so severe in the first place had Ashley not withheld dividends from Rangers Retail Limited Anyway despite Toxic's 48 hrs bullshit there was no possibility of going bust while an investment package of £16m was laying on the table,
