Not the tallest, not the fastest, a couple of dodgy knees but a fantastic defender far superior to what we've had for a while and are likely to for some time to come.

4 & 5 have to happen in the next 24 days at the latest. 3 has to happen so he can say "Nothing to do with me guv it was all the previous boards fault." 1 may well happen though I don't think it will occur that quickly. 2 I'm not convinced of though it will happen one day.

I'm not quite sure what happened with the minutes but as I said previously I have to hold my hand up to my part in that (and to be fair to BH i think he too acknowledged the same). I'm extremely hopeful that the next minutes will be more to the general satisfaction. I hope to be able to do so and realise that I need to ensure my stance is properly recorded. I got the impression it was very much Wallace's baby, though others may disagree. I can certainly do that for you just remind me nearer to the 26th in-case I forget!

I've spent over a decade trying other means, the RFB for all it's imperfections gives me a direct and documented route. At least a dozen or so disabled fans had to leave as early as half-time due to being absolutely drenched partly due to a broken part of the roof which has been that way for years and years, even a 5 hour journey home with the heaters in the minibus on full blast didn't dry me out. Do you suggest we should just suck it and see or wait in vain for someone to finally construct a workable plan for fan ownership or use whatever vehicles are open to us?

What we do know as irrefutable facts that they were not placed on the board by Green for their experience as directors of public limited companies nor for their knowledge of coroprate governance and certainly not for their previous experience in running a football club, I lean towrds the fact it's their lack of experience in those areas that helped clinch it. The best laid schemes o' mice an' men...... It beggars belief if they actually paid 70p and not an effective 49p.

I'm unaware of claiming it was your suggestion and I fail to see the need for you to state who it was. You being the master of Constitutions will be well aware that a degree of continuity is alreay provided for .

I'm not sure that claim can bears scrutiny, I can only comment for my own category but only a total of 683 votes were cast in the disabled category though I concede when it comes to the disabled there's a general "who gives a flying f*&k" attitude that pervades through all sections of the club, supporters included. I think that there's an argument that history may well be repeating itself there. We too on the RFB have to earn credibility and not take it as granted, the size of the electorate becomes moot and we fail if they don't engage in the process. That runs counter to the desire to lengthen the term of members from the present term of one year stated in the constitution to one of two years (though I concede no decision has been made). I can confirm that I did not submit the minutes nor were they taken from my notes, I can also confirm that whoever did supply them managed to do so better than I would have. As I stated earlier in the thread I think there is method available that will assist in keeping an accurate minute that would satisfy all members and provide more clarity for the fans.

Ask BDO who was the second largest shareholder with just over 5% in RFC plc and the reply won't be Murray Sports will it? Please show us where in either the RFC plc or Murray Sports accounts there is a £20m payment to Dave King. -
It's clear that the vast majority of people find the minutes of the first meeting not to be of acceptable standard and for that I don't have a problem accepting my share of responsibility. Hopefully if lessons are learned there will be no need for the report or minutes to be explained but should you so require I'd certainly assist as best I can. I have made an inquiry which hopefully if feasible would remove any ambiguity regarding the minute of future meeting.

Did you not discuss the possibility of Season Ticket holders receiving a greater proportion of the away tickets?

My understanding of the explanation given is the present system is so obselete that it would be pointless trying to upgrade it as it needs to be completely replaced. The present system is the oldest of its type still in operation.
