  1. That is them on show !
  2. Ellis also threatened to sue and could it even be Whyte trying to cover his personal guarantee to Ticketus?
  3. IIRC King's claim was that he invested his own money as he was led to believe David Murray was investing his own money not money borrowed from the BoS, basically Murray enticed King to invest under false pretence.
  4. There were plenty shouting out "Whyte's a c*&t" it's just that the majority held an anyone but Murray attitude. My own view was formed because I had come across some stuff on Whyte, his father and the various Vital companies back in the day I played the markets. As I explained a couple of posts back it was a fan who orchestrated and paid for the compilation of the dossier not Paul Murray though he certainly used it along with the independent committee board directors. Most significant parts of the dossier were eventually printed in the Record, personally I thought the dossier was rather insipid but was definitely enough for David Murray to stop the "sale".
  5. LOL.....the independent board members highlight Whyte is a c*&t prior to the "takeover" but that means f*&k all because Jeff Randall said so on "the day he got Rangers". Seriously Rab do you think Jeff Randall didn't receive a copy of that report along with every media organisation in Scotland.
  6. That took a report compiled by a firm of Private Investigators commissioned and paid for by a fan not a Google search.
  7. It seems the documents claim has been removed from the article, but that doesn't mean it isn't true as I've seen Forsyth having to amend articles before then subsequently the deleted part has been proven correct. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/rangers/11231964/Former-Rangers-owner-Craig-Whyte-issued-with-arrest-warrant-as-four-others-are-detained-by-police.html
  8. I don't think there is a mechanism for doing that, however I wouldn't entirely rule out though the possibility of the liquidators being able to repay all debts and perhaps a surplus left for distribution to shareholders though the possibility of such an outcome is extremely slim. There are still probably many, many years of litigation to come.
  9. Yes but they would be entirely separate, to the interlinked ones which I think are of far greater importance at the moment.
  10. That simply wasn't possible as the details were in the contracts and some were in the prospectus. Deloittes have serious questions to answer in respect to the share options and their treatment of them in the accounts. As it stands the contracts of Craig Mather and Charles Green still contain entitlement to share options.
  11. There's probably enough for four separate investigations , the Whyte "takeover", the administration, the Green "takeover" and the IPO but they are all intertwined.
  12. IIRC circa £140k per annum was (perhaps still is) going in that direction for exactly what in return hasn't actually shown.
  13. The liquidator of Liberty Capital in the BVI recently raised over £1m by selling shares in the Worthington Group just prior to Worthington Group shares being suspended, the timing seeming almost unbelievably fortuitous whether the liquidator was appointed at the request of Whyte or Ticketus I'm not sure but the liquidator Stuart Mackellar was joint liquidator of MFI with a certain Paul Clark. No doubt just another one of those strange coincidences in the whole sorry saga.... http://www.caribbean.zolfocooper.com/our-people/stuart-mackellar
  14. I cannot shed any light as all I know is what Alan has posted in the OP. I see I'm being blamed elsewhere but I can categorically assure everyone that is utter bollox.
  15. First I knew was when I opened this thread. Genuinely gobsmacked.
  16. Not if he's received complete control of all in stadium advertising in exchange, bound to be a quid pro quo pardon the pun.
  17. Could be that they realised they may have breached their fiduciary duties and have taken remedial action, if that is what's happened then why opt for the poorest option in the first place?
  18. Should cause the odd burst blood vessel or two!
  19. Many times .
