Interesting as I was informed last night that there was a cultural change (for the better) underway at WH Ireland.
-
I never bought the Blackthorn one after reading about complaints about them online Stopped buying stuff from SD altogether after a Rangers mug I bought online from them arrived in a dozen or so pieces also in the same parcel was a pair of Slazenger joggers (I know, I know!) where they had neglected to sew one of the pockets together ( handy for playing pocket snooker though).

He cares about the law, he's paid to care about the law. I'm content to wait where Lord Hodge goes with the rule of law.

You going to raise it?
-
I'm led to believe that when Green and Ahmad were both ejected from their positions they engaged WH Ireland to find a buyer for their holdings and that WH Ireland went on a world wide search for a buyer/s but could find nobody willing to deal at anything remotely like the price being sought.

Lord Hodge pointed out to the administrators that they were still under his jurisdiction. Lord Hodge can only act on the basis of the information placed before him, I'm pretty sure the next lot of information placed before him will be rather different to that previously.

Solely to protect what he already has not as the deluded seem to think to thrust us into European glory.

Today's attendance & related discussion

Sadly certain parts contained in that blog are extremely accurate. The part about the lifts are bang on, and in order to bring Ibrox up to standards UEFA are adopting in regards to disabled facilities if Rangers want to play European games at Ibrox then the costs for installing the required disabled facilities alone will be in the millions. -
Standard enough in the business world and handy enough tools for a Board to have at their disposal, provided of course you have a trustworthy Board!

No longer directly involved in the club? The administrators have been huckled it was their actions that handed the club to Greenco, you seriously think the handover and the events subsequent from it won't form the part of any investigation? Oh and expect the IPO itself come under serious legal scrutiny. Ya think? Ashley's involvement by far predates Somers and the Easdales. Ashley as well as being the beneficiary of the most beneficial merchandising contract in the history of football (from the contract holders viewpoint) was an early pre IPO investor who invested at a price substantially lower than the IPO.

For that to happen you need a Board with a set of balls.- 50 replies

They said there'll be snow at christmas They said there'll be peace on earth But instead it just kept on raining A veil of tears for the virgin's birth I remember one christmas morning A winters light and a distant choir And the peal of a bell and that christmas tree smell And their eyes full of tinsel and fire They sold me a dream of christmas They sold me a silent night And they told me a fairy story 'till I believed in the israelite And I believed in father christmas And I looked at the sky with excited eyes 'till I woke with a yawn in the first light of dawn And I saw him and through his disguise I wish you a hopeful christmas I wish you a brave new year All anguish pain and sadness Leave your heart and let your road be clear They said there'll be snow at christmas They said there'll be peace on earth Hallelujah noel be it heaven or hell The christmas you get you deserve- 50 replies

Every Director is up for election. Such is the construction of the joint venture deal that Ashley/SD will make money irrespective of how successful we are on the park. One thing we've learnt is that RIFC plc doesn't not have to be a successful business in order for in control to suck money out. -

One of the problems is that we need a few more equity issues to get to where we should be and that has the effect of putting RF and the RST further from their goals not closer. However i must point out even though I do not financially back either scheme I certainly wish them every success.- 50 replies

I did read it and 'induced' is not convinced. Anyway King and Bain for starters weren't convinced either in fact I doubt any board member was even Donald Muir though I do think he was certainly 'induced'!
