A word of warning it is 71 pages long but does give a fascinating insight into how these bastards work, one of the main protagonists being a Barrister. The "Rangers Loan" is the basis for this action.

    Yes it's just when there is a dis-application of existing shareholders rights that 75% is required. IIRC Board already has authority to issue the existing un-issued shares without the need for further authorisation

    I think they can be trusted, they're the registrar for lots of public companies. In the companies I hold shares in the registrar is almost always either Capita or a company called Computershare. One thing I have doubt in is the electronic voting machines, at the AGM my one had a tendency to switch itself off. I'd much prefer the voting cards to be counted, I don't think that would delay matters by much if at all as they are counted by machine anyway.

    Questions have been submitted to the RFB. As was expected with questions being submitted from 4 forums and via Facebook some of the questions are of a very similar nature so your question may not be asked in the exact language you used this is so we can try and cover the questions as best we can in the time allotted. I've put forward as many as I thought were relevant omitting the obvious one like "When are you gonna just f*&k off" and the likes.

    I hold the opinion it was Llambias's revenge for the vote of no confidence. I doubt I could believe a single word any present Director utters.

    It was nice of you to put my forum name in brackets when sending the emails to all the Fans board members. I wasn't aware that anyone was unaware who I am as I've never hidden who I am, but at least I know for sure now that they all know!

    Rangers Fans Board Bears, it's Gary Gillan here. The information was shared to me via a phone call with Derek Llambias yesterday. There was no email. He categorically stated that the date would be March 6th. I asked if it was ok to communicate this and he said yes as it was being communicated today. Once the announcement for the 4th was made I emailed him again (no response) so called him again and he informed me that the date was changed in the early hours of the morning and he was "too busy" to let me/RFB know.
