The two events are entirely unrelated.

I think 7 RFB members were in the room at the time.
-
I was quite surprised too!

It's not a transcript. I was having severe problems with the feed in the first hour or so can't really in all fairness pass much comment on that period.

Well what's done is done. I had submitted clarifications to be made to those questions and answers but don't know if that will occur now or not.. My question third from bottom after 'he' should read, "do what Sandy Easdale does and act as a Shadow Director?" Bottom one should read," How much net cash have Rangers received from Rangers Retail to date?" The reply was, "I can't remember off the top of my head, £300,000 no it's £500,000."

I don't see how they were placed in the public domain.

I know, the stable door has been shut but the horse has well and truly bolted.

That may well have been the case!

Your questions for the Board of RIFC plc
forlanssister replied to forlanssister's topic in Rangers Chat
Normal business was suspended for that meeting due to the circumstances. As far as I know I was the only who filed a report regarding their constituency prior to the meeting however it was not included in the meeting for reasons out with my control and the unusual circumstances of the meeting itself.- 61 replies

It appears they have!

Can't remember if it's minuted or not but I pulled them up on that claim. I pointed out Ashley was a pre IPO investor and asked BL which came first Ashley's investment or the Rangers Retail Joint Venture, he conceded Ashley was in fact a "cornerstone investor" but couldn't say what came first despite him being a Director of Rangers Retail on behalf of Sports Direct from its inception till 27/10/2014.

Well it appears that SoS have posted the minutes. Pity as I had submitted corrections in regards to my questions at the end of the meeting which illuminate them so that both the questions and answers are clearer.- 61 replies

McCulloch 18/1 the stuff of nightmares....
-
Just that the members of the RFB were asked to remain in Argyle House till DL and BL had departed Ibrox.
-
As far as I'm aware it is.
-
IIRC all the Directors shareholdings at the IPO were registered at Green's farm's address.

That's how they are normally issued first on the Club website, the FB page is a fairly recent addition and is run by some RFB members not the Club. Don't know but that's how the protocol has been working up till now anyway. They shouldn't they should have been up. I don't know but we may well find out.- 61 replies

Yes it happened, was quite tasty for a while. -
In the creche ?

No he hasn't. It's simply a matter of who WV focused on. This is an image from the same segment with the focus on the Easdale's et al rather than Ralston who can be seen out of focus.
