  1. I haven't been updating here as much as I should have with regards to NI guys' endeavours, but since the place is more populated nowadays I thought I'd throw it up..... Evening all, Last night was perhaps one of our most productive nights since inception of the group. A healthy turnout compromised by over £4,000 coming in. The funds were from ribbons, rosettes, dinner and donations from OO lodges and the Somme Association. At present all funds are now banked as profits and will be used for Rangersâ?? plight with more to come via the dinner and selling of the rosettes at Ibrox. We also have over £5,000 outstanding, if you have goods still to sell then get in touch and we can help sell them on, or if you have funds still to hand in but canâ??t get down then get touch and we will arrange to pick them up. â?¢ We now have 29 tables sold for the dinner on the 12th of May in the Ramada. We have room for another 20 tables, so please contact fellow bears and make them aware of the event â?? it promises to be a cracker! As stated last night, get in contact with local MLAs and MPs and encourage them to attend and support our cause. Our politicians are never short in asking for our support. Contact Jim Wilson to book your place at the event of the year: 07899 750023 â?¢ We are looking names of volunteers to sell rosettes around Ibrox for the â??Well game on the 5th of May. Please contact Trevor Maxwell on 0775912474 if you can help. We require over 100 bodies to help with this so itâ??s imperative that we get the numbers in quickly to efficiently organise ourselves. â?¢ Linfield have granted us permission to sell rosettes left over from the â??Well game. However, we hope to sell all rosettes at Ibrox so we can enjoy the day with all our fellow bears. Details will follow once we know how many rosettes are left. â?¢ Jim Wilson and Gary Leneghan (sp) are both attending this Saturdayâ??s RFFF meeting to represent RTID NI. I am sure they will feedback all info from the day and perhaps both of them will take part in the protest walk. â?¢ The committee put forward an important proposal on the night: we proposed that the money raised should go to fighting the SFAâ??s decision to impose their draconian sanctions on us through the courts. Gary and Jim will update us all this coming Tuesday night at 8pm. â?¢ Our chairman, Thomas Mathers, eventually got hold of the wristbands. All wristbands were distributed amongst those in attendance which will further generate funds for Rangers. â?¢ Ernie Bolton from Steve Davis Loyal will have RFFF RTID NI badges next week. One of the Steve Davis Loyal members will hopefully attend and distribute them to all of those in attendance. Events: â?¢ Liverpool club on the Shankill Rd is holding a fund raiser on the 6th of May with all profits going to Rangers. Poster here: â?¢ Sandy Row Rangers are holding two fund raisers; one on the 5th of May and one on the 13th of May. Details here: https://www.facebook.com/sandyrowrangers.belfast â?¢ Banbridge RSC are holding a funraiser on the 25th of May. Details here: https://www.facebook.com/events/356984901005090/ â?¢ Barrington Streetâ??s fund raiser is tomorrow night. A great way to spend your Friday night by celebrating Rangers , for Rangers Congratulations! A massive thanks and well done to Cresta Loyal who successfully completed their sponsored walk from Holywood to Bangor on Saturday. Their walk raised over £1,500 for Rangers. Well done to all involved. Finally, please use the template below to email or write to your local MLA, MP or councillor to attend the dinner. Just fill in the relevant blanks!: Dearâ?¦, You will recently have received an invitation to help support Rangers Football Club by purchasing a ticket for a fundraising dinner, organised by the Rangers Til I Die group, being held in the Ramada Hotel, Shawâ??s Bridge on Saturday 12th May. We have been very encouraged by the support we have received thus far. While the DUP have agreed to take a number of tables and the UUP and other Unionist politicians have pledged their support on an individual basis, there are still a number of tables available. In light of the recent news that the Scottish Football Association have handed down a £160,000 fine and a transfer embargo on the club, it is even more imperative that we redouble our efforts to support our club in its hour of need. If you havenâ??t already pledged your support to the fundraising dinner, could I please ask you to contact Jim Wilson on 07899 750023 to book your place. Best regards, â?¦â?¦â?¦.
  2. Magic! Cheers for the update.
  3. Surprised, shocked, thought it was a tango moment, however, well done. Hopefully this is the first step in us all coming together for the club we love.
  4. Cheers. I never noticed that part.
  5. Dunno mate, I found it on the internet and realised that it's getting positive feedback. I forwarded it round the board to make sure we are happy to promote it. New poster now as the first was filled with errors!
  6. We will promote it as much as we can mate. The desire for it is certainly there. As it gets closer we all have to make it clear on what's acceptable to sing etc. I fancy there will be a few from the board turning up too.
  7. Believe the RFFF are meeting on Saturday to discuss a way forward that will have a greater impact with better organisation. Best to of luck to all the protesters on Saturday though, every little helps!
  8. 12 month ban on signing players too.
  9. Celtic Trust, I think.
  10. haha! Cheers dude:D There's only two of us on twitter. Gordon has a better temperament than me for twitter though, but like everyone, we all make the odd mistake and don't articulate our points as well as we should at times. Nobody's perfect:P
  11. So what trust are you a member of?
  12. Teasing you big yin:D

  14. What a pile of steaming dog shit. That's all your post deserves.
  15. For those of us whose laptop is away being fixed and finds reading on the phone head bursting, could a nice bear or bearette give me a summary? Thanks in advance:)
  16. If it involve blunt, sharp and firey instruments then I am game.
  17. Never a dull moment supporting Rangers:D
  18. Agree with both of you. I'm surprised it hasn't been messier. Personally the admins need put under more pressure and possibly more scrutiny.
  19. I would agree with that. The point is that we are casting up Whyte's own words from when we first went into admin. Plus, we feel that the shares belong to the support since he used our cash to buy our club.
  20. The Rangers Supporters Trust are demanding swift and decisive action is taken to ensure the club is under new ownership before the end of the season. The Rangers Supporters Trust made the call after bidders raised concerns about club administrators Duff and Phelps delaying the administration process. The fans organisations are also calling for: Clarity from administrators over what legal proceedings, if any, have been instituted against Craig Whyte in order to gain control of his shares. Craig Whyte should hand over his shares to supporters groups or administrators in order to allow a quick transfer of ownership. He has previously stated that he was considering gifting the majority of his shares to a supportersâ?? foundation so in the interests of the club he should do this at the earliest opportunity. Brian Kennedy to consider joining Blue Knights Consortium after his bid was declined. Through this process he has acted as someone with the best interests of Rangers at heart and his insight and investment could add value to Blue Knights proposition. A Trust spokesman said: "The administrators appear to be dragging their feet which is far from ideal with the end of the season now just weeks away. The financial consequences of going into the summer without a new owner are serious and would significantly increase the likelihood of liquidation. Getting Rangers out of administration and back on a sound financial footing should be the only priority for people associated with the club which is why it was absolutely shameful for Craig Whyte to be suggesting he wonâ??t deal with the Blue Knights. Craig Whyte used the fans' money to fund his takeover so it would be unacceptable for him force the club into liquidation." http://www.rangerssupporterstrust.co.uk/rstsite/latest-rst-news/441-rst-demand-swift-and-decisive-action
  21. Dynamite stuff. Has the media picked up on Regan's petulance?
  22. You're bloody dangerous, Forlan:D
  23. Aye, I heard something like Ally and Durrant has some agency and Edu was signed up to it. Can't confirm whether it's true or not.
  24. Walter and McCoist's accountant?
  25. Not got a clue mate, I only heard he was the chairman yesterday. I'd presume contacting the Assembly would help or his accountancy firm, whoever that is.
