  1. If you were running an SFL 3 side, with no ties to Rangers in any way whatsoever, would you actually vote against this reconstruction proposal? Another year of visiting Ibrox, playing in front of world wide audiences and watching the cash roll in from visiting Bears and media companies? Furthermore, if you were one of the clubs hovering around the relegation zone in SFL 2, would you vote against the proposals in the full knowledge that you'll be one of the few sides to cash in on our demise down the leagues if nothing changes? The SFL 1 sides will be buoyed by fairer distribution of cash and the fact we will come along eventually. From the outside looking in our only leverage is the signing of TV deal. If the club can stand their ground and refuse to sign, then that might be our only hope of not been shafted for as many times possible in one year. However, if the SFL can look at the long term and base their decision on what's right for the game, we should be okay and avoid the madness. Short term cash injection versus long term prosperity. Unfortunately there are no plans for long term prosperity that I can see.
  2. I don't. Just passing on what I've heard, like the this thread is.
  3. Been told it's £2.5m for three years.
  4. Submission to BDO - Call for Members Questions. Has the administration of Rangers left you with unanswered questions? Is there something about the way the administrators handled the process that you'd like to know more about? Do you have any issues with how the business was run in the months leading up to administration? The Rangers Supporters Trust is currently working on a submission to BDO, liquidators of Oldco, in an effort to obtain clarity on a range of issues regarding the administration process and more. The submission will be made jointly with the Assembly and Association and the Trust invites input from members who may have questions regarding any aspect of the process. Initial discussions indicate a willingness on the part of BDO to assist, and they have considerable investigative powers to look into any aspect of the administration process, the events leading up to administration, and even the takeover of the club by Craig Whyte. If you have any questions you would like us to include in the submission, please email the trust at: info@rangerssupporterstrust.co.uk
  5. Happy birthday.
  6. Methinks Keith's been sampling some LSD. Celtic lead by example and cleanse the game of hatred? Celtic brought hatred to our game.
  7. I have no time for people's personal differences that don't involve me. All too childish. It's having RST all over the blog that's hurting, and not to mention two posters who've been included in his rant who are seemingly innocent.
  8. I called Mark this morning to ask what leggo's on and he's even admitted the blog is extremely poor. Spoken to other board colleagues and they're in agreement with me.
  9. Shocking blog. Not sure how this helps anyone.
  10. Fergie's best friend in football is a non-exec director of Rangers and second to Bill Struth in success as a manager of Rangers. Nor does Rangers seek media attention because one man turned up for tea and biscuits.
  11. Sentiments of the article are spot on. No Rangers would disagree on your main point. However, it needs balance; two other forums have a tendency to do the opposite of FF and reading RM/VB, I could have easily written that article and replaced FF with RM, for example. I agree with the message but sadly it lacks any balance.
  12. Looking well - well done peeps.
  13. Hearing IPO won't be extended.
  14. Looks can be deceiving.
  15. Yes, pretty much: http://www.buyrangers.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/share_offer.pdf
  16. Most accurate answer here, Bigy: https://buyrangers.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new
  17. In January there will be an online function where members will propose and vote on various issue they feel relevant. Basically, members not on the board will shape policy. Looking forward to it being live.
  18. BD, wording was changed today.
  19. If the uptake is positive the fee will hopefully be waived for members investing via the community share scheme. Basically, there could be enough cash in the bank from membership subs to let the RST trade for years without the fee. Nothing set in stone but that's the thinking.
  20. Two of them were then they took the plunge! Cobbetts (lawyers) are holding the money in an escrow account. Non-board board members would be welcome, without a doubt, just like non-board members wrote a lot of the stuff you see on the web. On the buying in Rangers the club. Cenkos have stated it's fine until the 19th when money goes to the holding company.
  21. Two new board members, the treasurer and PLG. Other point noted and should be sorted soon.
  22. She looks like the local millie. Cider drinking, trackie with socks pulled up, pumped behind the bike shed, type. Still, no need for abuse or threats.
  23. Yeah, rules in here: http://www.buyrangers.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/share_offer.pdf
  24. Some cringe moments in there.
