Looking forward to it Frankie. -
Haven't read the full OP but I assume creative accounting is on the go at the piggery?

When I first went into management my old man said, sourround yourself with good people. My industry is a million miles from football but I believe some principals are transferable. How Ally's people perform is down to his own management and desire to succeed.

Me too. Similar questions regarding British Football would stump me too.

RST article: The Right Honourable Members of The Rangers Football Club
Stimpy replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
Indeed it is. I've been on at him for a while to see if he knew much about membership in Rangers. He came through in fine style. -
I'm very sceptical of the location of the Belfast shop. Hopefully I'm proved wrong but most footfall past there is commuters, very little impulse buys from the location. Though it depends on what the club plans for shop and driving business to the store with players' signings etc.

Jig denied it on Twitter last night?

Not sure if it is true or not, but I heard his salary is whopping £200K per annum. Although the same person told me it was £100K when he first got the job.

Just to clarify, I never intended to hijack this thread, so apologies. But every time I see a all for unity it tends to read the RST need to change when priorities should lie elsewhere. Also, easiest way to change things is to join and use the new voting system for members. Plus you can stand at elections or simply vote. Old rhetoric but accurate nonetheless.

Appreciate the reply, D! The Harris thing was before my time but it all stemmed from the Trust making a huge loss on the Sam English Bowl and dinners. Individual tried to cover those losses out of his own pocket but never had the funds in the first place. A mistake but none that was illegal or breached the constitution. From memory the statement the RST made was based in legal guidance. Harris apparently had issues and folk from outside of the RST say as much. You can PM if you need to hear more. However, the Trust then to what it is now is completely different. Everything is new and nearly all reps are new. Mark is as influential as the next board rep. That's the honest truth. Happy to hear other ideas to improve.

I get that but if you're going to tackle the problem then mentioning the RST but failing to mention forums that obsess over the RST in a similar fashion to the tims on Rangers, shows lack of clarity or even honesty. You post on VB, what would I read about the RST on there that's constructive or suggests solutions? Will I read anything worthwhile or would it be hatred on an obscene level? Until certain factions can admit to themselves and others their own part in the mess then we will never be close to working together. All I ever read is RST need to change, RST should do this, that and the other thing, but no mention of other that spend their days aiming abuse. Do you see the RST posting articles attacking Gers fans or groups? No. Do you see others? Yes. So who needs to have word with themselves. And of course, I'm sure any bear that spends time on Gers forums will recall the campaign against BuyRangers. Utterly disgusting. Did you write about that and provide solutions?

Rangers Unite we're invited to the table last year, they flung it back in the Trust's face along with many others. Trust are always willing to meet folk but after what happened last year it's others who need to show some contrition. Chris Graham and an MP can confirm if you don't believe me. Another way of looking at is, when do you ever see the RST attacking Rangers fans or groups? Never will be the answer. RST might not be perfect but we never ever attack, slander, smear our own. Again you've failed to mention RM. Have you read the constant abuse and lies aimed at the RST on there and Rangers fans they don't like. Sentiment of the article is good but the direction is wrong.

Belfast shop was signed two months ago apparently. No sign of any changes to the proposed site. -

Celtic actually implied fraud? When was that? -
Any of you a cynic and think this isn't the full truth? Bill M has blogged about fan groups preparing to accept SPL 2 soon.

You able to breakdown exactly where all that cash has gone? Obviously salaries and day to day running costs are factored in but £40+ was similar to our expenditure pre admin. I can't see anything tangible for the amount spunked post IPO. -
Cheers. Wonder where the money sitting in Imran's mum's account is in all of this?

You got a link, FS?

Recognise a few accounts.

â??We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.â?

An idea I've thought about on several occasions. Most of us agree on the principles of fan ownership or have or are members of the RST. therefore a steering group compromising of all parties might be more beneficial. My thinking is based on the fact of ownership and the support needing to play a larger part in it is vital.
