  1. Would love to have a player of his quality in goals. Cammy Bell doesn't look anywhere near Shagger's standard.
  2. Better than I expected, much better. I was fearing the worst! £3.5m loss in six months is still worrying although expected some income to decrease based on poorer attendances and fewer televised matches......or at least it seems fewer games in tv. These accounts shout out that we need investment badly. An increase in STs would only cover the cracks, not move us forward. Throw in Wonga style loans which we were told at the time were the best on the market and it is poor business from the board. Not much positive stuff to shout about other than its fixable with the right people and investment.
  3. From the point of view SE has to consider a legal battle with supporters (via RFFF), this is actually quite clever. Game of poker and we will now see how determind SE is. Plus, democracy will determine where the cash is spent. nobody wil object to democracy will they?
  4. Cheers. Wasn't too concerned about them being filed, now I am. Apart from fines are there other possible punishments for late filing?
  5. Is RFC ltd a trading company? Thought everything went through the PLC.
  6. Expecting bad news is normal. I don't even dread bad news any longer but I fear good news in case it's just a temporary and I'm taken back down again with a heavy bump.
  7. As welcome as King's financial commitment is, all it see are bears getting over excited. Lad in work yesterday said this was the best news in four years. Not sure he wanted my realistic opinion that King's money could be another few years away. Bears want the investment, the club needs it, we need to see what areas of the club will be invested in. BPH and co want to know what's in it for them. A Fergus McCann style van in the car park protest! Anyone?
  8. Miles away IMO. The men/man with the power wants their pay day and I'm not sure diluting their holding holds much attraction.
  9. if it does go to court and SOS are cleared, would the court make SE pay all costs?
  10. Yeah, it does. When I was doing the RST page I filtered all sorts of words ranging from bad language to typical Tim chants and loyalist acrymons.
  11. Even if Craig had filtered the word, SOS were not going to walk away, anti board resentment would've continued. Fancy SE would've made another play against Craig. This is about silencing the biggest and most vocal critics. Boyish humour about hair is a red herring in the bigger picture.
  12. But it's not up to Craig to decide what words are filtered across the internet. **** line has been the main thrust of dissent against the board, so he's hardly going to filter it on his own page, but he does delete comments and apologises.
  13. Sandy wants SoS silenced, why? SOS are obviously onto something. Look at it another way, if SoS concerns and protests were folly, then it'd be easy to demonstrate why. The RST were always anti David Murray, but winning titles and tactics like using Walter to quell the dissent during a press conference worked well as our support traditionally falls into line when an 'elder' speaks up. But Murray needed to discredit and or silence the RST. Why was that? Sandy nor the board can count on Ally, Walter or even the possibility of wining the treble because they have no leverage with influential people just now or from the past. Bully boy tactics through the courts is all they've got, and as has been pointed out , this is SE's rubicon moment.
  14. Craig deleted the comments and apologised to Sandy. This place is easier to control than an open Facebook page.
  15. Disgusting. These people do not deserve to be involved in Rangers in any shape or form. I'd rather post my true feelings but I'm not risking Frankie's livelihood for a spot of profanity and brutal honesty!
  16. Mines does too but the forum was dragging like it does with ff. Maybe just my connection:(
  17. Any of you guys having issues logging on tonight? It's like FF lol. Yeah - your last sentence just might be right. Probably bang from a supporter's point of view.
  18. Not exactly inspiring but we are where we are. Possibly Smith at LB and Wallace further forward is another option. Against United I can see a counter attacking set up much like Walter employed in big matches.
  19. Agree with McLeod but he's injured too? You could be right but I doubt there's better there. That said, I'm more than happy to be proved wrong. Who've we got? Hutton, the lad Danny Stoney/Storrey, unsure of his surname. We might end up witnessing an epic defensive line up with more long balls than usual, if that's possible. Aired being our main thrust of counter attacking besides a Daly.
  20. Yes mate. Despite mediocre stuff they're our best players and the ones most likely to step up in a high profile game. I'd love if it we had better alternatives but we haven't.
  21. Who's currently injured? If these two were to miss the the Ramsdens final and Scottish semi then we'd be lucky to see another trophy added to the league.
  22. Supposedly from a fan. Expect that's the conversation the board has behind closed doors.......they'd never say that in public. Or have they, or a select few from the board, just had their feelings aired in public?
  23. Thought he'd stopped writing about Rangers?
  24. A box to box midfielder is something we've been lacking for years. Hopefully he does make the grade.
