SPL could in theory accept our application to the SPL, however decide to relegate us retrospectively.

I think the only sanction they would put on it relegation, anything more would be extremely severe. However they may do a "Leeds" relegate us and deduct 10/20 points so its harder for us to win promotion...

I think SPL will accept our application however as a punishment will relegate us, therefore the we wouldn't need to apply to the SFL

I would rather Division 1 than the 3rd. Would our revenue change much? Sure no lucrative tv deal however... Would playing the likes of Dundee, Raith Rovers, Dunfermline, Falkirk and Hamilton be much different from St Mirren, St Johnstone, Ross County, Kilmarnock??? I mean I think the change of scenery would be exciting for a season!
