  1. That was abolished a good few years back. (It was originally reduced to 6,000 however I am not even sure that rule exists now)
  2. That is simply not true. I agree that we are up against as I said earlier it is a really tough draw however if the likes of Templeton, Shiels, Black, McCulloch, McKay and Wallace play well I can see us winning.
  3. Boycotting away games is ludicrous - Tannadice is a tough place to go to at the best of times, without sending our young lads up there with no support.
  4. One of the toughest draws we could of got.
  5. Goian on his day is a solid defender. The sad fact is he doesn't have a good day too often
  6. Why? He is only 23 and realistically would only have to drop down divisions for 2 years.
  7. Another good young player who knows what is required to play in Scotland.
  8. MacLeod is a far better player than Hutton. Hutton makes McCulloch look mobile
  9. Billy Thomson? (1994–1996) edit: my bad - I should read all posts before responding
  10. Tragic news. My thoughts are with his family.

    Bar72

I got into Bar72 before the game against Alloa (with an ordinary ticket). You put your pie order in before the game though.
  12. Never realised Watt had a trial with us before he signed for them
  13. What he means is at the moment it would be hard to attract a non Rangers man
  14. He has also been injured as mentioned above.
  15. That was not Gretna's first attempt at the league though.
  16. Could be due to lack of match practice. I could be wrong however I am think he has suffered with a few injuries over the last few years.
  17. For what its worth (and its never much)... In his Youtube video he looks quite a threat.
  18. It is completely bizarre, surely they are as much to blame as Rangers?
  19. Ok so this has been bugging me over the last few days, I keep reading journalists/fans/a certain chairman all argue that the reason Rangers are being investigated is not due to EBTs but due to the supposed "Dual Contracts". This argument is usually followed with the usual financial doping rubbish and other nonsensical statements of the same ilk. My question however is surely the unfair advantage argument can then be put to bed? I mean the sporting advantage would surely only apply to EBTs as they allow you to "avoid" tax therefore in theory allowing you to pay players more. But in this case the SPL say they are not interested in EBTs or the tax avoidance side of things, they are merely investigating an administration error. Surely the punishment of title stripping does not fit the crime? If what I understand is correct SPL are saying we should have included EBTs as part of a players contracts but we instead declared them in our accounts at the end of the year. Something stinks...
  20. I have concerns about the direction of G51 development. The Govan area is not a tourist hot spot. I do believe though we need to invest in the area i.e. Sports/Leisure Centre.
  21. As in the island?
  22. Bermuda?...
  23. Seems our Reserve team are clicking together nicely
  24. It is like buying a house then the former owners bank trying to repossess it.
