    This was discussed in length a few weeks ago on here. My opinion has not changed; I think the SFA would be foolish not to help us as we are the only team outside celtic who could actually have a run in Europe.

    Celik did not play a full game and from other footage I have see he looks like a decent player. Kerkar however looks like he has just been picked up off the street and has never seen a ball before. But its all about opinions.

    Managed to avoid the score until 10 and watched it on Alba. Queens were very good however their Keeper ad a few terrific saves and in truth we could have won by a bigger margin. With that being said we looked shaky for the first 5 min.

    Exactly, I don't have the article to hand however Mather states the wage bill is lower than last year and revenues were increasing. (Most likely due to Blackthorn,Puma and Sports Direct)

    Ian Black receives 3 game ban, 7 of them suspended and £7.5k fine Disciplinary Tribunal outcome: Ian Black Thursday, 12 September 2013 A Disciplinary Tribunal convened today in accordance with the Judicial Panel Protocol to consider the following case: Alleged Party in Breach: Ian Black, Rangers FC Dates: 4th March 2006 to 28th July 2013 Disciplinary Rule(s) allegedly breached: Disciplinary Rule 22 (Season 2012/13 and preceding Rules and Articles): (1) By betting on three football matches on then-registered club not to win. (2) By betting on a further 10 football matches that involved then-registered club. (3) By betting on a further 147 football matches. Outcome: Admitted Sanctions: (1 & 2) 10 match suspension. Three match suspension to be served immediately, seven matches suspended until the end of season 2013/14 to take effect upon any breach of rules 22 or 23. (3) Censure. Disciplinary Rule 22 (Rule 33 in updated Judicial Panel Protocol for season 2013/14): No club, official, Team Official or other member of Team Staff, player, match official or other person under the jurisdiction of the Scottish FA shall bet in any way on a football match (except authorised and registered football pools). Please note that there is no evidence to suggest any breach of Disciplinary Rule 23 (Rule 34 in updated Judicial Panel Protocol for season 2013/14). Disciplinary Rule 23, for reference: No club, official, Team Official, other member of Team Staff, player, match official or other person under the jurisdiction of the Scottish FA shall knowingly behave in a manner, during or in connection with a match in which the party has participated or has any influence, either direct or indirect, which could give rise to an event in which they or any third party benefits financially through betting.

    From Stirling myself, studied and worked in Glasgow for years but moved to Edinburgh for work a few years back. Now got myself a house in Musselburgh. Notice a lot of Rangers tops out this way.

    That would be the most obvious defence, however I was just curious to whether you had heard anything as I was sure you mentioned you (or people you knew) knew of Black when he was at Hearts.

    I see that there is a thread on FF about Puma.com. One of the posters has received a response from Puma commenting how proud they are of their relationship with Rangers Football Club and they are waiting on sign off from the club on some details before launching Rangers content on their site.

    I doubt it, Rangers had Puma in taking official marketing pictures (you know the arty/fancy ones). We are not in the genesis sports club list either. This is definitely something we need clarity on though.
