Do your homework before starting a thread mate. He was a first team player but pulled out injured. Jeez!
-
Absolutely correct - I'm very proud of the Union Jack - just not sure Puma meant it, we will see if any other teams abroad use this design.
-
Not totally sure if you look the bottom corner is closed where the other parts of the flag intersect.

*pray...

You are correct the debate did start on who is the best striker just now however another poster raised the point that Griffiths has scored more in a season than Miller ever has and that is twisting statistics to suit an agenda. Miller was and still is a better player than Griffiths. As for the false nine comment - Miller is a player who will come deep to collect the ball and relieve pressure off his teammates - for me that is not an out and out goalscorer but more of a false nine type player who offers more than just goals.
-
Short memory you have - Miller has performed the lone striker role better than any other Scotsman I can think of in the past 20 years. He gets in behind the defenders, he can hold the ball up, creates space for his teammates, retains possession, is unselfish. He is a typical modern day "false 9".
-
So Griffiths scored 23 goals in one season for Hibs out of 36 appearances, Where as Miller scored 21 for Rangers in 18 appearances... You cannot possibly say after one decent season for Hibs Griffiths is a better all round player than Miller

Your feet only get you so far... To play at the very top (the top being an international striker with over 60 caps) you need a footballing brain, tell me how many caps do they have?
-
Fishing surely?? There's not a brain between them.

Is it just me... or does anyone else think people are seeing what they want to see in regards to the Union Jack? I can understand why people think it is the Union Jack but in all honesty it looks to me like an abstract shape/pattern.
-
A fact some people are struggling to accept.
-
Horrible comment, whether you agree with the signing or not - personal insults are not needed.
-
Is releasing the 3rd kit first a marketing ploy to sell as many jerseys as possible?

Summer transfer window: Official ins/outs and transfer rumours

- amazing how people can read what they want to read... -
His knowledge of the game and his positional sense will be a real asset this season.
-
Not at all we have had some horrific strips over the years but as for training tops I've never been too fussed as to what they look like.
-
It's a decent training top - nothing more, nothing less.
-
My thoughts exactly. Sure he is getting a little older and his pace might be in decline, but let's get real he adds to the quality of our team and in today's game 34 is not that old.
-
Waste of a wage imo

So what your saying - is he is shit at penalties?? -
I must we one of the few who thinks this is a really good signing. A player who has a good few years left in him. If Giggs and Phillips can play into their 40s in the EPL, I see no reason why a fit and experienced 34 year old Miller cant do well in the second tier of Scottish football.

To be fair it fell through due to SFA rejecting his registration. -
Still think he has a lot to offer in the championship

All I can say positive about McLeish is he seems a top guy. Sadly though he just doesn't cut it as a manager for me.
