    Looking at his linkedin shows he must have some intelligence based on his previous roles but don't confuse this intelligence for any moral fiber.

    Yes he does - but I've seen nothing recently that suggests that he can manage a first team.

    I completely get what your saying - in terms of money and the market they shop the SPL ranks - IMO around the middle of league 1. However one thing that is hard to judge is the level which our youth players are at in terms of England. The likes of Hearts and Hamilton seem to have a fantastic selection of youth players from Scotland - something which the lower leagues of England cannot claim to have. (With the best English players going to the premier league) With homegrown player in the mix I think that most SPL sides would do ok I'm the English championship (I.e not relegated) and this goes for the current celtic team also.

    As rotten as we have been recently - we gave a good account of ourselves against the likes of Newcastle, Sheffield United and Bristol City and we have beaten SPL opposition in every game this season. So I'm not having the idea of Rotherham being miles better.

    It's sad how far we have fallen - football has moved on and I can't see us ever being a major force in Europe ever again. Signing the likes of Gascoigne, Laudrup, Numan and the De Boer(s) would be the equivalent of us going and buying the likes of Daley Blind, Wilshere and Van Persie in today's world.

    We also have to consider that Charlie and his family are Rangers fans - which makes the fact he felt he had to leave us even worse.

    Sadly I cannot see a lot more coming through if we continue to operate our football operations as they currently are.

    He turned 22 this year - which to be fair is not old. I admit though if you go through their first team the only other player (except Telfer) who is young and looks promising is John Souttar (18).

    I'd really like to see a a team like Everton take a chance on Lewis. Roberto Martinez would be ideal for his development in my opinion as the boy has a natural talent that if nurtured right could see him being a top player.

    I don't think he wants the loans back - I think he is making us worthless so that when he finally sells Newcastle he will just saunter up to here and pick us up for buttons.

    The sad thing is - is that if you head over to Rangersmedia they think everything is just dandy.

    Ok the same club stuff is beside the point as we obviously are. However I think Dundee have a point - which is that the current operators of the club only trained him for two years in terms of costs. I think we should let sleeping dogs lie and accept the settlement.
