  1. Playing across the back could be key, if injuries do occur in one of the back 4, seems more than capable which is refreshing. Always good to be versatile incase you are played out of position which can occur within our team.
  2. Thats more than I thought, they probably played 45-50 games and of course he missed 6 against us, so there seems to be some issue with him being here with us, personal, mental? We will ever know? I doubt it, unless Walter tells us when he retires, or Webster releases the obligatory autobiography and he made a rule so he would be more inclined to write an autobiography.
  3. Don't say that!
  4. I'd say he didn't really want to be playing with us, mental issue rather than physical. Total joke btw, probably couldn't handle the pressure. I don't wish him any ill feelings or injuries but he will probably end up on the treatment table within the next few weeks, unless that is only with us? He still had a fair period of injuries with Dundee Utd iirc.
  5. Congrats Zappa, awesome prediction for you.
  6. I think Advocaat wanted funds but he was given an open cheque book by Murray, who in turn thought we would be raking in the money from Sky.
  7. Modern times it doesn't seem to be happening, see Danny Wilson.
  8. We can't really do anything, our league is full of thugs, therefore freeflowing football is hard, plus the abysmal pitches during November to March.
  9. 1-0 Jelavic
  10. Pandering to the masses with that, making Scottish football even more of a joke if they start Friday afternoon games.
  11. Didn't he want more long term security but we are only willing to offer a year . I'd keep Papac but get another left back in to compete with him.
  12. Tbh i thought if you get capped at senior level by a certain country thats you tied to the country, he's been capped therefore tied to Ireland.
  13. Not again ffs, When was a match called off against Aberdeen?
  14. Nah, Griffiths only did it in the first division and we would be the last choice for us if he joined imho. Although ex-Livi players have done alright for themselves.
  15. Mcguire is one from the u-21's
  16. McArthur, ffs surprised he was playing. Tbh I thought we would come last in this thing.
  17. That Freddy Espling seems to be doing quite well at U-17's what are you making of him Elfideldo?
  18. Lemmon believes he is entitled to an opinion whether it involves his players or not and quite frankly its none of his business talking to our players, hope both of them told him to fuck off.
  19. Playing off the strikers for me is his position but we don't use Attacking Midfielders, so he is sort of redundant and has to fit in elsewhere if used at all, think he would be good in a free role. I not sure the management are exactly pushing him forward as he is a attack minded player unlike Hutton and Ness who are more solid and play to the tactical cause ( shall we say defensive one?). I sort of feel for Fleck as I can see him ending up playing elsewhere maybe moving at the end of this season. When he came on in the CIS cup he was very poor, kept losing the ball, he did make one good pass not sure if it lead to the goal but that is what I remember.
  20. I see the shower of coins was completely ignored in the press, no surprises especially if it is involving the most "hated" man in British football. btw Thompson seem to not like Lovenkrands
  21. Personally never rated Lemmon and I certainly don't rate bawbag broon.
  22. Yeah Walter had to do something as he inherited some shockers from Le Guen and Eck (Most of Advocaats ones were gone). His net spend isn't bad but it was needed but we are still feeling the effects of Advocaats reign, plus our sales of players have been very average to say the least.
  23. Walter might not be for the radical position changes but he has been constantly playing people out of position.
  24. Bougherra would be better as a right back. It would be better if say Whittaker was in front of him but his runs wouldn't leave a huge hole at the back.
  25. For me it is getting too old. We are also targeting over 30's which is all wrong and means they really have no real future at our club, we do need quality but the stop gaps and reasonable wages on these journeymen doesn't help our club out at all.
