Pardews arrogance come up again. His comments on MOTD 2 a few years back was utterly laughable and he continues. The man is lucky to have a job one joke of a chairman and a joke of a manager.

Not exactly surprised but who do they expect to get? Villa Boas is committed to Porto for now, he might be turned. Hiddink is very stubborn and sticks with the usual National team he chooses. So that would mean it would be Rijkaard. -
Tbh he would want a move back up here seeing as he kid lives up here iirc, not sure if he is still together with his gf/wife. He would be ok but he is far to injury prone a reasonable back up but he would be on a good wage at Cardiff. I think he may find another championship club.

Adam won't go to Man Utd. He will end up at Spurs unless they get Parker, he could also end up at Liverpool. He is a bit of a liability as well should have had a penalty against him yesterday and has cost Blackpool a few goals this season.

Doubt we would get anybody from West Ham or Birmingham. It would be Blackpool players that would unfortunately be the realistic types of players .

I think he may stay if McLeish keeps his job. I wouldn't really trust the owner of Brum seems a strange chap evn though Birmingham won a trophy he may try and get a new manager. Holloway will keep his job unless he wants to give up. A hell o a lot of West Ham players will go they have huge debt and they pay quite high wages. Hitzlesperger Ba, Parker, Upson etc probably won't be there. Adam is the only one that might go from Blackpool.

I don't know just think hes a bit of a tit and a clown. I remember people mentioning him as a possible Rangers manager a few months back. I never said anything but I would probably absolutely hate that.

As I said I have no problem with Healy as backup. A lot of rumours do indeed turn into transfers. Just generally unimpressed with the rumours I have been for the past 3 years though. I don't want us to go after SPL/Championship players like Humphrey and Puncheon (Southampton fans don't rate him and think he is worth �£250k rather than �£2.5m, we would be total mugs if we thought about that). The only SPL player I would consider is Goodwillie but unsure about his situation about his court case. Lee Wallace I'm unsure about as well. In my eyes we need about 7 players or more but the chairman and reports say we are only looking for 4 or 5.

I am not particularly impressed with the calibre of player we are being linked with in the press. Chris Humphrey today, not impressed at all. I'm hoping Ally has a few aces up his sleeve. I agree with Brian, we need to find players that enhance our team not general squad fillers.

Platini apparently wants English, Spanish and Italian (Might be German now) teams to only have 3 team maximum but he wasn't allowed. It is sickening that 3 English teams get direct entry to the competition as well as Spanish and Italian. The problem is these team generate the dosh for UEFA etc.

Its got a lot better in recent years with Platini's new qualifying systems with the likes of Zilna and Debrecen getting into the group stages. Its still a monopoly for the big leagues. I think Platini is a bit of a numpty president but he has made it fairer sort of for provincial champions of their league, like us.

Some Aberdeen fans are alright, just deluded in many senses. He will get stick/banter but I don't think he will be chased out. I would think he would prefer a move to a better club as Aberdeen are pretty abysmal at the minute.
