Move away from Wallace immediately, �£1m was too much in my opinion. If he wants to come to us he can run down his contract and sign a pre-contract. Although the Championship clubs well be circling by the point.

9th of June for SPL clubs was the opening date, so we can sign players.

Nasri from the media reports was reluctant to sign on. He is a great player, from the one interview I saw he seemed like a well spoken player, good English as well. Although I thought Barca were wanting the pair, Fabregas and Nasri. But Barca are wanting any young talented attacking player be it Nasri, Fabregas, Sanchez, Neymar etc.

I don't think managers are that cynical. I think McLeish is doing a Wenger assessing Cuellar before deciding. It frustrates us more because of the early start which is getting a little on my nerves teams want to assess while our season is about 23 days away. Maybe we should look elsewhere outwith the UK?

I thought �£1m was there best offer. I can't see it being much over �£1m.

I agree with the player coach, its not embarrassing as such but it isn't the right step forward. Its probably the age thing that makes it look very bad, especially with outsiders looking in. I agree he may have struggled for 2 matches 1 against Sporting and another that escapes me but he was under the weather iirc.

If he does go and Miller moves away from Bursa in January 2012 he will want out as well.

We really shouldn't be comparing ourselves to the EPL we like to but we shouldn't. Its fantasy land compared to our league with all these rich owners and sky's money. As for the debt yes they should reduce it, however if its about this time in August and they aren't sold then they will cave, greed will get the better of most of these teams. Edu is still and international player and has some talent hidden away but it wasn't there last season. Bougherra is also the same. Whittaker has been turned and his mate is there as well, I also found it disrespectful from his agent saying we should cash in on him with a poor, poor bid.

Nah, Hearts have a large debt, Romanov can cover it but if he left they would be up shit creek, debt around �£35m. Dundee Utd had to transfer their debt about last season. I know inflation doesn't help but these prices especially for people in their last year are a joke. Their is also the added fact I'm quite pissed off if the reported bidding is true with Bougherra for �£600k or �£1m and Bursaspors joke bids and they are in the last year. Thankfully we haven't caved like we used to. What we paid for both and I would sell. Goodwillie with his case(s) would be max for me about �£1.75m but I would only offer about �£1.5m with further add-ons for appearance or goals or internationals appearances to make it up to �£1.75m. I would be tempted to pay �£2m for Goodwillie but not upfront and with the add-on clauses I mentioned. Lee Wallace max would be about �£600k-�£700k.

I've said that I wanted a flexible defender preferably a full back type player to be brought in. We need to move on Romanov probably going to blame the mafia for this bid anyway clearly a mad man that we should avoid dealing. Look abroad in my eyes, I know they won't have connections to the club or are Scottish or English but the fees that have been demanded by SPL clubs, especially, is quite frankly deluded. @Zappa's post

�£1m for a player in his last year? Ridiculous, especially from a fellow SPL side and Lee Wallace isn't exactly done it. Wouldn't be surprised if JJ said to Romanov (as well as him self) that he thinks Wallace and all their signings (mostly from lower SPL sides) will challenge, deluded imo.

Like that kit bar the overly large logo. It would suit Arshavin as he is about the height of a jockey . Nasri modelling the kit as well interesting.

Surely he would have some say, I want this player and see if it is in his budget requirements, surely he might also say how much he is willing to go up to? I know Smith and Whyte are the actual people that will deal with most of the transfer aspect.

Apparently we are offering a 7 figure sum for him. So that will be �£1m. -
The start of this season is a problem, far to early plus the added fact of qualifying for the CL. As I have said we need at least 3 of the said 5 or 6 by the 23rd of July hopefully if we do sign 3 by then it isn't by the 22nd. We just need to go about our business in an a quick and reasonable manner, i.e. don't give too much away. Just say we are after a number of players and we are discussing/negotiating at this point, it will eventually be leaked by probably "sources"/agents anyway.
