We are offering just under £1m per annum on basic pay, £18k a week so about £936k a year, with add ons such as appearance and goal bonues that would be over £1m a year. That wouldn't be a huge pay rise as earlier stories report that Birmingham were going to offer double his wages. In summary he wouldn't leave us if he was going to get the same pay as we are offering.

Calderwood had loads of top 6 finishes and Mcghee probably won't get one. Plus Calderwood did quite well in Europe, Mcghee, well haha. Aberdeen are still living in the past and think they are a top side, they average at best but some how always perform against us at their ground. What I hear from the Aberdeen fans its Calderwood's side and its like the tims with Mowbray and Strachan.

I do hope he does moves away from the UK, sadly not enough Scottish players do it.
-
Hopefully he will do the business against Hamilton.
-
Davis does cut inside a lot but I feel he is wasted out there. If Walter did decide to changes things he should try the December team again against Hamilton and see what happens, he could always change it if it doesn't work.

Nice coup Frankie, can't say I can think about questions currently but I will take a bottle of wine . -
I can't really see Naismith as a goalscorer like Boyd, but then who would? I see Naismith more as a Miller player, hard working with an odd goal in a few games. I personally wouldn't play Novo and Miller together I just don't like 2 small strikers playing together and both aren't really penalty box strikers. Although Novo had his most productive season when he was actually playing up front, in his first season with us. Lafferty for me needs to be loaned out next season for a few months to a championship team to sort himself out a bit like Charlie Adam, getting away from the goldfish bowl etc.
-
But who is to know if he will be playing all the time, we might have a small chance of keeping Bougherra but that is very doubtful... His best choice might actually be Arsenal imo, if they were ever interested again maybe bias from myself .
-
Yeah, I like Boyd I don't like criticising him but he has been off and hasn't done it for a while in the Old Firm games.
-
He hasn't been good, something in the back of his mind about his future might be causing him to think about a move. If he does leave I will be sad as his goals have helped us a lot and losing him for nothing is another kick in the balls but he doesn't do it in the big games.

1. Fabio Aurelio (Liverpool) 2. Jermaine Beckford (Leeds United) 3. Kris Boyd (Rangers) 4. Marouane Chamakh (Bordeaux) 5. Joe Cole (Chelsea) 6. Jerzy Dudek (Real Madrid) 7. Kevin Kuranyi (Schalke 04) 8. Joe Ledley (Cardiff City) 9. Christoph Metzelder (Real Madrid) 10. Morten Gamst Pedersen (Blackburn Rovers) So here is a quick 10 bosmans I found on this website: http://blog.sport.co.uk/Football/604/Top_Ten_Bosman_transfers_available_in_the_summer.aspx Unfortunately all out of our price range maybe except Boyd if he does sign but it isn't looking good.
-
I still think we should be actively looking at the bosman market for players.
-
I think Dr Burke is going by all the players who are out of contract in the summer.
-
Don't forget Ness . That squad is very short and we need investment bad. EDIT: Possibly Wylde and Rory Loy...
-
Our only real natural winger but is too injury prone and still don't think he is entirely suited to our game.

St Johnstone 4 - 1 Rangers: Player Ratings and MoM Poll

Papac is the only player I would give any mark to because he scored... -
Going to that sinking ship? Well maybe I just don't like Liverpool very much but there are better options around.
-
Yeah, I think they may struggle against Hibs hopefully.
-
Try and not jump the gun next time Super_ally . remember what happened to them against Kilmarnock when the messiah came in. As long as we bounce back in the next game it should be alright. Still hopefully this will make the players strive for the title as we have been complacent a lot before in the past couple of seasons. EDIT: I forgot we weren't complacent at all but still we need to perform.
-
Free transfer is alright, but he would be 3rd choice unless this is a sign one of the other 2 keepers will be leaving.
-
I'm very sceptical about this. He has been great for us but I feel its time to look elsewhere. I would happily sign him up for a backup role but after that I'm not so sure.
-
Wouldn't be surprised if it was called off as the seem unable to keep a game on .

How Robbie Keane could end up as Scotland's Player of the Year

Yep, I agree with Zappa and Super_Ally. The awards have been a joke for ages. But its the football writers and SFA who award these players so it says it all. -

Keane has played against Kilmarnock 3 times and almost half his goals are against them, for me that says it all. I half jokingly said he would be up for the award seeing as he joined them but if hes up for the award people need shooting for allowing him to be there. Caldwell won the award ffs, so I suppose it can happen.
