  1. I reckon they will have a shortlist, including Director of Football etc. Don't imagine much being left the way it is, although I think they will have an eye on BF, if he gets us through Bilbao, he'd need to be a contender tbh. I'm anticipating us being much better run than we have been of late, so a shortlist already being drawn up fits that professionalism I'm expecting.
  2. Celebrating your own traditions and cultures, is not inherently bigoted mate. Your point is moot. The added on nonsense of behaving and not offending anyone else is incredibly vague, anybody can be offended by anything. Suck it up. If you think it's bigoted of me to sing The Sash for example, because you consider it anti-catholic. I say you're intolerant and it's pro-Protestant.
  3. Most things in the world are pro something and anti something else. Every nation, is built and revered on stories of past glories, which in almost every case was to the detriment or expense of another country. Your perfect world seems to be a world that has no patriotism, no nation flags, no defining borders, just one big happy shitshow, where everyone accepts and understands each others beliefs and ideologies, while not actually knowing what their own beliefs are, case they be labeled a bigot. News flash, you live in the real world. I'm proud of my Protestant beliefs, I'm proud to be British, and I proudly support our Royal Family. So while you live in your bubble of imagination... Alexa! Play The Sash 🖕🏻🍻
  4. You implied people can't behave. I simply said it's not bigotry to want your own traditions and beliefs catered to. You've added on all the drivel and what ifs. You seem intolerant mate. Sort yourself out.
  5. You've skipped over the bulk of everything else there pal. Our club encouraged a very staunch supporter based, Unionism, Loyalists, Monarchists. The very essence of the Union Flag is offensive to some people. Sometimes you just need to say tough. Our culture is our culture and if people don't like it or feel it's anti their beliefs, I think they're being intolerant bigots tbqfhwy. Cool game this.
  6. People are always going to find something to be offended by. For example, Britishness, Unionism, Monarchism etc, we fly Union Flags, have a picture of the Monarch in the dressing room, toast them every new year. However, anti-royalists, Scottish nationalists - would find that very anti their beliefs for example, and perhaps stay away. The club already encourages certain aspects, and is now trying to shun supporters for wanting to maintain their culture and traditions. We bred this culture mate.
  7. Was the same for the UEL final just recently, Frankfurt were chilling. We'd been through an absolute gauntlet of games. SFA didn't move any fixtures to accommodate.
  8. Because we got cash, Souness, Walter etc, and absolutely fucking romped the lot. That's what kept the status quo, no us signing Mojo 😂 Btw it doesn't make you a bigot to want your own culture/religion catered to as well.
  9. Give it time 👍🏻 people already say that the Union Flag is a symbol of racism.
  10. Doesn't at all boil my pish bud, I'm not entirely arsed either way, but the club has made a point of trying to keep religious stuff away from the club, for obvious reasons. But now cherry picks which religions to embrace and which not too, I've merely made the distinction that if they're not going to have events for all and make such a fuss every time, then it's not exactly everyone anyone is it. Open a can of worms by doing this. Protestants, Catholics, all entitled to be embraced by the club, and nothing saying they shouldn't be after this precedent has been set. I dunno how you take someone saying, do it all, or none at all, as being raging 🤔😂
  11. Only really helps us if it were for the latter stages of the Europa League 🤭 100% this is to ensure those cunts don't fall on their faces and miss out on UCL.
  12. Again, haven't said anything of the sort in all my posts on here - I've stated my problems with foreign ideologies trying to be brought into the West. I don't think I've even mentioned the iftar at Ibrox? 🤔 But if you want my opinion on it, they embrace all aspects of our supporters and players' religions, including any Protestant and Catholic players, or don't bother. That's my opinion. Everyone anyone, surely?
  13. Exactly mate. They've encouraged it and joined in with it for years, allowing vote no displays etc in 2014, UK OK stickers on the official team bus, loyalist bands on the park in matches against Linfield etc, suddenly they're going to try and bin that off? Don't want it anymore? After all our loyalty and money spent? Watch this space, turn us away, the club will rot on its arse.
  14. Rangers have set out their stall of some religious things are to be embraced, as I've said in other places, the day Rangers come out and embrace Protestantism and orange culture, Ross MacAusland in his band outfit, flute in hand, a day in the life of a Protestant footballer video to go with it. Then I'll gladly shut up about the clubs double standards 👍🏻 I've supported us all my life, the hardcore element through absolute thick and thin, our fanbase hasn't changed, Loyalist Unionist, they can't expect to fuck us all off and get a new hardcore fan base.
  15. First cousin marriages, is still incest, and although in the UK there are no laws explicitly stating that these marriages can't take place, the marriages act of 1949 prohibits close relations from marriage. So not sure what your point was pal 👍🏻 lounge isn't open to me. But I'll not carry on this discussion in here, that's no worries.
  16. To me it shouldn't be. We used to prioritise killing animals humanely, and ensuring they were well looked after etc. That should remain the case, from a food safety and hygiene standpoint as well - I don't know if you've ever seen meat transported to Halal businesses, vans that aren't refrigerated, meat just stacked on top of each other, no hanging for separation. We made a big change, specifically in the UK decades ago to bring about changes for food practises.
  17. You mean non-stun slaughter? It's cruel pal 👍🏻
  18. Doesn't anywhere at all say that though does it? 🤔 You're confusing opposing ideology with disliking someone. This is what we're talking about when woke let's in foreign ideologies, prime example from this guy right here. Don't think Sharia Courts should be in a country with established laws of the land? don't think paedophilia is acceptable regardless of religion? don't agree with incestuous relationships as the norm? must dislike Muslims. Foolish.
  19. Nah, it'd be honest.
  20. Haven't conflated anything. Said the same thing to you originally. Relatively simple to follow, haven't altered away from what I originally said to you.
  21. Settlement reached. https://news.stv.tv/west-central/settlement-agreed-in-celtic-boys-club-abuse-cases?fbclid=IwY2xjawJYsahleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHaZlf3rgZlkJmGFHUZdZkSrnAOAbM-3u7F0Eilku47KS7DrS0PHFKlxA3Q_aem_ivIj0-Jd6jvEd5HaPPsC5w
  22. Just looks like a river of shite running out of it. Which is also apt.
  23. It is true. Because it is the first part of your point. Tolerance. It's pushed on everyone, oh no you can't say this and that, it's racist to be against this or that ideology, you need to be tolerant and understanding etc. And now we're in a position where top jobs etc have been given out in the name of tolerance and representation, and off the back of it, MPs that couldn't care about Britain, but lobby for Airports in Pakistan. If everyone wasn't overly woke and sensitive and understanding, respectful whatever the fuck you want to label this nonsense as, then the ideologies don't get in 👍🏻
  24. I don't think it's right to dish out lifetime bans for something that wasn't actually racist or discriminatory. UEFA didn't like it, so censor and ban those fans forever? At most, a ban from European games would make more sense.
