  1. I'm embarassed by the fact the Johnstone spouts daily/weekly on Rangers stuff. The guy is completely out of touch with reality. I stopped taking him seriously years ago. No repsect for the guy.
  2. I'd like to think so - but can't see it. We will toil through games again this season withy utterly poor quality performances. The manager and his 'coaching' staff do not have it in them to change this around. And as long as we persist with the likes of McCulloch, Law, Black, Boyd, Foster, Smith, then we should get used to a very poor and dull brand of football.
  3. I don't know which is more embarrassing - us being scared to play Cowdenbeath or Cowdenbeath actually wanting to rise to the challenge and get in amongst us ? What a mess our club and management are !!!
  4. Sorry mate - but I cannot see at all why the club would want to postpone - other than our manager not having the balls to play the game. There is no reason for postponement against a f.ucking pub team. Embarassing by McCoist - and another reason why he is not fit to be in the job.
  5. Utterly embarassing !!!! Our whole club is a joke from top to bottom. Sick of it.
  6. McCulloch is as slow as a week in jail !! Should be dropped from now on.
  7. BNP is the Nominee - who will be buying on behalf of a (at this moment in time) faceless investor - I believe. Sticking my neck out I say that there is absolutely no way that BNP have invested for themsleves on this occassion. I am 99.9999% certain that this is on behalf of someone. As an example, if you look at Blue Pitch & the rest - a lot of them use Beaufort Nominees. We need to know who is the actual buyer.
  8. Loans repaid to Letham and Easedale. Club statement: http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/item/7764-repayment-of-shareholder-loans RANGERS Football Club has this afternoon released the following statement: Further to the announcement on 25 March 2014, the Company has repaid the secured short term credit facilities provided by Mr George Letham for the principal amount of £1 million plus interest (the "Letham Facility") and by Mr Alexander Easdale for the principal amount (interest free) of £500,000 (the "Easdale Facility"). Accordingly the security over Edmiston House and Albion car park properties has been released. Mr Letham retains the right to receive a premium payable on the Letham Facility of GBP 45,000 payable in cash on 23 February 2015 or at the option of Mr Letham, and subject to the Company having all necessary authority, in new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at any time before 23 February 2015. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  9. Cheers mate - so in theory we could be bought for about £18m - £20m. However we know that the 'board' will demand more. Just how much more, is the question I guess !!
  10. yes - I believe there needs to be an announcement after the markets close today/ before markets open tomorrow.
  11. Nothing our club does is a success. There have been no positives that have come out of our club for years. So, IMO, this is destined to be another failed project - largely because those 'running' the club do not have Rangers or Rangers fans best interests at heart. This is just a toytown fans board made to look like the owners and directors actually care - which they clearly do not. Quite frankly, we're either going into Admin2 or be taken over soon - so this kind of thing is very short term as far as I cam concerned. IMO, no sooner will this have kicked off and it will be redundant.
  12. Far too many people on that board IMO. Can't see it working. It feels like a sham. Hopefully we get proper change at actual board level and a new owner comes in and starts from scratch. Things like this are just a nonsense form the current board who have destroyed our club but are pretending 'to listen'. in saying all that, I do support Forlan's appointment as I have genuine respect there and I'm 100% sure this is not ego driven from him.
  13. Newcastle United has today banned the Daily Telegraph with immediate effect following a report published in its paper yesterday (Thursday, 11th September), headlined 'Newcastle United For Sale As Ashley Eyes Rangers', as well as a follow-up article from the same reporter which appears in the Daily Telegraph today (Friday, 12th September). The reports by Luke Edwards on 11th September, and again today (12th September), are wholly inaccurate and written with the intention of unsettling the Club, players and its supporters. This is disgraceful journalism for which the Club and its supporters should receive a full and unreserved apology from those concerned. The truth is Mike Ashley remains committed to Newcastle United. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that for the remainder of this season and AT LEAST until the end of next season, Mike Ashley will not, under any circumstances, sell Newcastle United at any price. The Club cannot be stronger in stating its position on this matter. It is not acceptable for newspapers to print factually inaccurate reports that are damaging to the Club and to fail to check facts with Newcastle United ahead of publication and then expect to receive access to the Club. Newcastle United will not tolerate this and will take such action as it deems appropriate. The ban extends to all reporters working for, or freelancing on behalf of, the Daily Telegraph, as well as Luke Edwards in any capacity he may have working for the paper's sister title or on a freelance basis.
  14. Just seen this elsewhere: Mike Ashley: 'I will not be participating in the Open Offer which closes at 11am today, Friday, September 12, 2014."
  15. The photos and sightings are a complete set up and staged. Additionally it is a message to King to say "looks at us. We have new friends with money so you better make your move now."
  16. No real shock or surprise at that. We have always know that he was involved. Name has come up many times.
  17. I'm just hugely frustrated that the Rangers fans have not been 'militant' enough over the past 2 years or so. We've sat of internet forums, we're argued, we've fallen out, we've disagreed, we've targetted/critiscised individuals and groups. And all the time, our clubs continues to fall apart like a sinking ship, whilst greedy bastards help themselves to the jewllery while they can. As a fanbase we've been awful in all of this. Our lack of proper action has been painfully poor. Hurts me to say so, but the ****s would never have let it get to this.
