  2. Reliable poster on FF. He predicted Laxey sale before it happened: Roscoblue - I am reliably informed that Dave King has purchased the shares of Artemis & Miton. The purchase amounts to approximately 12 million shares. Contrary to other posts, elsewhere, Dave King is working on his own. The numerous other names listed are not involved with this purchase. Happy New Year Bears
  3. Agreed. I have absolutely no interest in the game. We will get pumped rotten, but I feel feel nothing about that. It's irrelevant in the whole scheme of things.
  4. IMO Artemis will call it a day soon. They will see that there is no benefit to them continuing to hold a stake in Rangers. Yes, they will have made a loss - but this is all part and parcel of their investment business. What they will have lost on us will be more than made up for in gains in other stocks within their funds/portfolios. This loss is a drop in the ocean to them in reality. River & Mercantile will be the same. Their holdings in Rangers are a tiny fraction over their overall portfolios. They will write this off and move on.
  5. "The Company has been informed that on 31 December 2014, George Taylor, Douglas Park and George Letham acquired 5,000,000, 5,000,000 and 3,299,415 ordinary shares of 1p each respectively, representing 6.14%, 6.14% and 4.05% of issued share capital. "A DTR announcement is expected to follow in due course. "The Board of Rangers is delighted that George Taylor, an existing Significant Shareholder, and George Letham, who provided the Company with a credit facility in 2014, together with Douglas Park have demonstrated their commitment to the Company through this purchase. "The Directors welcome their continued enthusiasm towards contributing to the future success of the Company and club."
  6. The Championship in England will be an absolutely massive step up in terms of the quality of player/team and professionalism. He will certainly take a while to adapt. Unlike who he has been playing against, these are not pub teams and he will notice the pace and intensity being far greater than what he has been used to. I can see him being on the bench for the next few months and getting the odd appearance here and there. What he does in these appearnces will determine if he is able to get a regular starting place. As mentioned previously - I think the lad will struggle. Will be a big culture shock on and off the park.
  7. Will struggle to establish himself as a first team regular.
  8. I welcome an exodus 100% !!! Including you Kenny !! Please go now.
  9. Seems like he wanted out. No coincidence where he has gone with the Weir connection. He's going nowhere at Rangers so chose to leave. In saying that I think he will struggle to get a game there.
  10. Hopefully him and his clipboard are given a big boot as far away from Ibrox as possible. Clueless doesn't even begin to describe him. If he's not happy he can leave and get a job elsewhere. He is hardly going to be living on beans on toast if he walks out. No sympathy for him at all.
  11. could probably get a couple of hundred grand for each of them I reckon. Bell, McLeod, Peralta, Templeton, Wallace could bring in around £1.8m or thereabouts. Although I don't think we will get the full £1m for McLeod up front.
  12. They will soon have had enough of this. Mark my words. The end is nigh for them IMO.
  13. Every penny counts for this board. And maybe add Bell and Peralta to the list. Board will want to raise what they can to try and pay off Ally
  14. A rareity - most have gone on to be sold for less than we punted them for. And I still believe McLeod will fall into this category.
