  1. keith jackson ‏@tedermeatballs 1m1 minute ago Wee update on that Sarver statement. Will now be released via Stock Exchange tomorrow morning. So another early one then....
  2. Apparently we sent them a 'reminder' today. Thompson has responded sarcastically along the lines of saying we will get it and they hadn't forgotten. Basically they will leave it until the very last minute.
  3. Latest from King on this mornings activity: King retorted angrily and told Telegraph Sport: "Given that Sandy Easdale rejected new funds and was a chief architect in getting the club into this mess, lending a small amount of money is the minimum he should have done. As part restitution he should make the £500,000 a donation rather than a loan."
  4. yes - to stand ANY chance of promotion there has to be managerial/coaching changes immediately. I'm convinced this will be within their package - it simply has to be. we have 4 months to get tuned for play-offs and need to be in shape to ensure victory in these.
  5. Hopefully they have someone in mind/lined up. McDowall needs booted out asap
  6. The latest: - The current board is done and they now have gave up. The 500k emergency loan is simply a short term move to allow a deal to happen. - Robert Sarver is independent to anyone and he's reached out to 3 bears and King to see what options exist for him. Feeling from 3 bears and King is that time is now to stabilise the club before bringing in outside investment. If he's still interested after this then of course he'll be entertained for discussions. However, there are other prominent businessmen who are also in tent with 3 bears who will get to become more known over next few months. - ideally the 3 bears and King want to acquire the club this week if possible - sticking point is Ashley, however, movement on terms underway. As long as current board and Ashley don't do anything completely silly then I believe checkmate is here for 3 bears and King.
  7. Board in crisis talks with King et al. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/rangers/11325238/Rangers-board-in-crisis-talks-after-emergency-500000-loan.html
  8. Loan is to pay National Insurance apparently: 09:59: Rangers update Chris McLaughlin BBC Sport Rangers' latest crisis loan was taken to avoid being wound up by HMRC, BBC Scotland has learned. It's understood the club received a seven-day notice letter at the end of December for the payment of national insurance.
  9. IMO, a possible outcome could be: Owner - Sarver Chairman - Dave King Board - Paul Murray Alex Wlison Scott Murdoch and a couple of Sarver appointments.
  10. Stock Exchange announcement in the morning is going to be interesting. Get yer brains awake up and early tomorrow bears.
  11. Think there may be a lot of truth in it to be honest. His position is untenable. He had/has to go. I expect an announcement tomorrow morning.....
  12. Three Bears and Dave King doing the groundwork to pave the way for a Sarvar takeover ?? This guy appears to have serious money - more so than the other good guys. Do they see him as the guy to really fund the club as we go forward ?? Sarvar owner, King chairman maybe ??
  13. McCulloch should be nowhere near a Rangers jersey, nevermind captain. Unfortunately Ally has assembled a squad of weak individuals who couldn't lead or captain a group of Girl Guides. So there are not many other options. But getting rid of jig would be a step in the right direction. I was furious when we signed him and remain so.
  14. We need a new fresh era. Ally or Walter should play no part in it.
  15. No Ally, no Walter. We need to move away from that. Ally is not a manager in a million years and Walter is stuck in the dark ages.
  16. The ball is well and truly rolling. All we need to do now is control it, make a quick one - two and volley it in to the top corner and it'll be game over !!
