  1. After all last weeks hullabaloo, I'd forgotten that Artemis still had a reasonable holding. How do we think Cazenove and L&G view things ??
  2. If what we read is accurate - and it seems to be - and you add up the definites for the good side, then it is certainly over 50% now.
  3. We are in 'takeover mode' - I believe certain shareholders witha certain % must now declare their holdings. My understanding is that the good guys have over 50%, including proxy's.
  4. Fair point ! IMO he is nowhere near as bad as some are trying to make out was made a scapegoat and Mccoist never gave him another shot despite every other player being shite, because he wasnt a mate he has had a rough time. The result in the hivs game says more about our staff than Peralta - it was a farce I find it frustrating that he takes so much abuse yet he has never had a true chance to prove himself. Yet constant failures like McCulloch, Boyd, Miller, Simonsen, Foster, Smith etc etc etc etc take alot less abuse for month in month out uttely unaccepateble performances Peralta should tell them where to stick it.
  5. Total agree mate. They would be failing their 'fiduciary duties'. This is key. But we seem to be getting very little help from the authorities. Not sure if anyone with any legal expertise on here could advise how we could challenge this ?
  6. Leach and Lambias have been put in to tie up everything to leave any future owners with no retail income. Badge, crest, image rights the lot. Before any EGM is called Easdales will let Ashley walk away with everything in exchange for a shirt term fix to "save the club". Just a thought
  7. This is the thing that should concern all bears right now. The guy may be a coont - but he or his team of advisors are not stupid. They will not want to be made to look foolish and will do anything to prevent business embarassment in this scenario.
  8. He's from Honduras, was playing in Panama and has been dumped in Govan. He's not going to fit in and adjust that quickly. He's no worldbeater, but I still say he is a far better player then some of the duds we have been persistsing with. In the correct position and a run of a few games he would add value to our pishy team. In saying all that - an absolute random signing by McCoist.
  9. The rollercoaster had me up the end of last week week, but I'm back down again this week. Killing me. Just hope your optimism is correct - we are due a break, but the Ashley monster seems not keen to go away too easily.
  10. Yes - and I feel Ashley will play more games with us before long - like today probably ! Scunnered with the whole thing.
  11. I hear what you are saying mate. I guess what I'm pointing out is that this guy has genuine wealth and it is visible for anyone who is curious about his wealth and/or business accumen and his successes over the years.
  12. Technically and and as a footballer in general, Peralta is head and shoulders above the vast majority of our squad. I know that's not saying alot, but he is far better than most we have. His touch, composure and passing is way beyone what moset have.. He was never given a proper run and was played in several positions. The guy never stood a chance. I'd have him in the team right now and given a few games in his natural position I'm convinced we'd see good performances from him. it sickens me the way others are undroppable, yet a player like Peralta doesn't get a look in. To be honest, the guy is better off out of here.
  13. The guys is credible, extremely wealthy, has very successful businesses and appears to have a genuine passion for sport. I'd say that's a great start. Unlike other shysters we have been putting up with in recent years, this guy won't be interested in getting his hands on 'assets' in f.ucking Govan. His banking business is worth £7bn ffs - I'm not sure he has his eyes on the training centre, Edmiston House or the Albion car park !! I believe he just wants the passion, success and glory from owning a European 'soccer' club. Has genuine intentions for us IMO and I believe he's coming at it form a sporting angle more so than a business one.
  14. He has been treated shockingly and has been hung out to dry after the Hivs game at Ibrox. Yet, we have players who play week in week out and are consistently performing terribly. McCulloch, Foster, Smith, Black, Law, Boyd, Miller, Aird, Simonsen, Wallace - all putting in shocking displays each week, but feature every week - yet Peralta is nowhere to be seen. He's been hard done by and is a far better player than the vast majority of our current lot. We could do alot wose than have him in the side.
  15. Yes, apparently - but would Sarver simply take Davie Robert son's advice ?? and why would he ??? All a bit weird. It is all too random. Has to be an Ashley / Green connection.
  16. Slightly concerned by this. Was hoping AJ would have known about him and already knew of his intentions. LSE announcement in the morning will be interesting.
  17. Sarver has the serious money. I can maybe see King being Chairman under Sarver's ownership, but partnering with the Three Bears as well.
  18. Ashley digging his heals in. Come on good guys - fight the fight !!
  19. As he is now in a period of a potential Takevover this will have to be fed through the SE. Part of Takeover and Mergers regulatory rules.
