In what way? Former prominent members have free reign to write and retract (depending on the (alleged) positives it brings them)) articles yet others get called antagonists?

Therein lies the problem. By mentioning that term you are presumably speaking about the RST and while you have almost condemned boss and contacts (and the timing may be all thats wrong with these articles as I said last night), from that sentence it indicates who you believe is in the wrong even if you support the protests. If you are not speaking about the RST there and are merely mentioning 'admins' of both boards then I apologise. As I mentioned last night, RM spends the majority of it's time slating FF whereas you could go days without even a mention of 'this was posted on another site' on FF. Yet, from what you've posted and the general consenus among posters outwith FF (not a majority here thankfully), all the fans ills stop firmly at the foot of FF and the RST.

I totally agree Zappa. But at the same time if this information is correct it doesn't say much for contacts concerns about the future of Rangers. Sad times.

I believe the OP may be indicating that contacts has posted this information at the behest of Donald Muir in order to lessen the impact of any protest. Having not been party to this meeting that's merely my opinion from reading both articles. We're well aware how badly Muir tried (and ultimately succeeded) in getting most of the Hearts protest banners stopped. Seems Muir and his predecessor have more than one thing in common.

Sorry I just lifted it and was about to comment but got sidetracked.... I'm not sure who to believe. I'll side with what I know no doubt and all information we have points to the good ship Rangers sailing for stormy waters. You're right though, theres more than a fair bit of confusion on FF (heightened even more so now) As I said last night, it's not the fact that the opinion is opposing for me, that's very welcome. It's the timing of the articles. Now, if this information is correct, we know why they were put out when they were. Sad state of affairs.

I guess, but theres so much benefit from keeping men up. Not sure if Mourinho still does it but he used to keep 3 players up front at Chelsea when defending corners. This meant the opposition had to keep 4 back to defend. Add in the attacker actually taking the corner kick and it leaves the attacking team with only 5 players in the box compared to the defending team's 7. This leaves enough defenders to have one man on each post and 5 man marking. It's what we should be doing imo. -

Wouldn't have given Novo & Miller the same rating when only one of them scored and created a goal. Agree with Thomson as MOTM. Just shaded it from Bougherra for me. -
It was initially supposed to be a full, outside the front doors protest and was reigned in. Different people decided to try a different approach. Protest, call for clarity whatever. Let's see how it's reported and the next steps before we go further. FYI, I was supposed to be involved in this especially when it became more disciplined and less aggressive however due to issues in the real world I was unable to lend a hand.

Just seems rather strange to me that the protest has been planned for the best part of 2 weeks yet you chose the day before to release the article. I was under the impression you were an admin on RM. If not, I stand corrected. Danny, the protest was a request for clarity, as were the leaflets handed out outside. The protestors cannot be responsible for other banners appearing within the ground (for e.g I believe there was a Donald Muir - Traitor banner which was not part of any 'official protest')

Fingers crossed. Glad to see no-one is at the front door screaming burn the witch. Treat people with respect and they're more likely to answer. Muirs position and plans should be clarified. There shouldn't be anything to hide from.

Thats what I was alluding to earlier. Two articles designed to criticize the protest and released at the precise time for maximum effect. Having no opinion on the protest and not getting behind it due to parties involved is extremely petty but fair enough, clearly the greater good is unimportant to some (on BOTH forums). We'll ignore Forum number 3 (and that ranking is being kind) as the irrelevance it is. FYI, the protest went exactly as planned. No-one got gassed which can only be a good sign.

It still doesn't Danny. You'll note that one site barely gets a mention on the other yet approx 2-3 out of 5 threads on the other forum are about the first site or are information which was posted there first. Yet the first site is the one with all the problems and agendas apparently.
