  1. I am going to have to stop this, I find myself in total agreement with rbr ....again!
  2. With respect Bluedell, if he is Murray's employee he is looking out for Murrays interests.
  3. I think you will find that Muir is a non-executive director Frankie not employed by the club, but employed by Murray, I believe his remit is to report back to Murray and monitor the Rangers boards performance, making suggestions to Murray on how the club can be, for want of a better word improved. My own take is that Muir is Murray's doppelganger at Ibrox. http://www.icas.org.uk/site/cms/download/AA/Non_Executive_Directors.pdf
  4. Why would they give different answers as opposed to those given at the meeting, I am with rbr, I don't think they asked any real questions, it would help if they published a list of questions asked and whither they were answered or not. Also agree with Pete, it has the air of manipulation and puppetry surrounding it.
  5. You mean post 57, where I never said you used the word defaulted, but simply asked a question ?.
  6. I never said you used the word defaulted, but you will also know why no covenants were broken or payments missed.
  7. This is what you said, and very clearly........... 8. Apparently it is alleged to be detailed in the last set of their audited, published acccounts, according to a previous post on this thread.
  9. An employee making allegations.
  10. This whole sorry saga could be clarified to the fans satisfaction by one man, Walter Smith. WS should present the fans with his evidence that the bank is running the club, he did start it all by his statement to that effect. If not already having been done, protest organisers should clarify the situation with WS, if only to ensure that if there is a target to be protested against it is indeed the correct target. WS's stance is either right or wrong there is no middle ground, if he has the wellbeing of supporters and club at heart, he should be transparent at this time with his thoughts on the matter.
  11. You have been unable to back up your claim that I said questions should not be asked, in fact the joint statement is targetting Johnstone whom I suggested earlier. You will also be unable to support your claim that I assert anything as fact, one expects better from a mod, but you never fail to disprove that thought.
  12. As long as I know you think it is okay to invent what a poster say's that's fine.
  13. Why are you making things up, I believe I pointed out that Muir was not the person to be targeting, show me where I said we shouldn't ask questions. I won't hold my breath.
  14. Deflection ? you made a statement that you cannot back up, Muir is a company doctor end of, I am not aware of any multitude of sins he is covering, but I am willing to be converted........
  15. That's interesting, can you enlarge on this multitude of sins, one we know he doesn't have is being a bank employee.
  16. You appear upset at the simplicity of the situation, you should take your own advice and "wind yir neck in".... or is disagreeing with your tedious view a banning offence, so FF.
  17. That's easy, he's a company doctor a turnaround specialist and very good at it, nothing mysterious.
  18. It is Alastair Johnston or Murray whose remit it is to speak out, Muir is an employee of SDM, not his spokesman. Why people continually allude or infer that Muir is a bank plant is becoming increasingly tedious. The man is doing his job let him get on with it, questions should be asked if required of the absent chairman, who clearly does not appear overly concerned, why should he, Rangers are solvent and trading within our remit.
  19. You will find the audited accounts make no reference to failure to meet covenants, of course feel free to point out where it does. Jog on indeed.
  20. Strange that, my information has done and does coincide with that of Canadianbacon, neither Murray nor any of his companies, subsidiaries included have defaulted on any covenants.
  21. Do you still maintain that MIH have defaulted.
  22. "We would therefore like to be clear that Rangers FC is neither operated or run by Lloyds Banking Group." Seems clear enough to me, maybe I am not looking deep enough.....any protest should be at the door of the man responsible and his companies, Murray.
  23. I back the truth how about you, now if you can prove that the bank is lying and they are in fact "running" Rangers and Muir is their employee I am all yours. I prefer to believe the bank would not make a public statement that in this case could be proven to be somewhat economical with the truth, my opinion is my opinion you really shouldn't have to resort to innuendo because I disagree with yours. In a word the proposed protest is nonsense and it is heartening to see posters on RM are realising that.
  24. After having read this article http://scotlandonsunday.scotsman.com/tom-english/Tom-English-39Donald-Muir-is.6050172.jp this proposed protest appears to be the blind leading the blind, an embarrassment in waiting.
  25. Barry is entitled to his opinion.
