  1. I gave up comparing a long time ago rbr, even our national team is slipping down the ratings faster than a soapdodger can rattle beads, plus a burnt ma stovies...nothin a wee hauf bottle of Grouse canny cure.....:spl::spl::spl:
  2. Shite is shite, whither it's fitba or hot dogs........the killing fields of Europe await some more fertilizer....
  3. The club did not issue a statement confirming the times and kings shit stirring, the club issued a very different statement not confirming the shit stirrers version. ""In addition, and as confirmed earlier today, there is an on-going query raised by HMRC, which is part of a pending court case. On the basis of expert tax advice provided to Rangers, the Club is robustly defending the matters raised and cannot comment further at this stage."" :spl::spl::spl:
  4. Am looking for it RBR, I remember it was a lead on from Boumsong/Souness/N'castle and a very slippery agent. Grandson who works for the recovery at the revenue (I know the shame of it) says King is spouting 22 carat bollox, the club are not under investigation, they could be asked for information and that is as far as it goes.
  5. It is not the club being investigated, it is payments made to agents, the investigation is into how the agents involved may have or may not have breached revenue proceedure in their disbursement of said payments. King omitted to say that it is a far reaching investigation involving the agents dealings with various clubs in the UK, what an absolute shit stirrer, I hope Murray's lawers boot his baws up and down the Copeland road. :spl::spl::spl:
  6. Ooor Wattie changes his mind more times than DJ and DK, a couple of weeks ago according to "oor wattie" all was blown out of proportion, previous to the bank directing traffic.
  7. Sunday Times rich list 2010, does it have any credence, or is it paper wealth, and not of the pound note variety ? http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/specials/rich_list/article7107182.ece ETA. those darned loan notes,,,again, I was told once by an expert that they were a figment of my imagination, seems a lot of people have the same figment. http://scotlandonsunday.scotsman.com/rangersfc/Forget-Rangers39-financial-woes-.6251738.jp
  8. Telling it like it is. http://thescotsman.scotsman.com/sport/Alan-Pattullo-39Best-fans-in.6244649.jp :spl:
  9. I did, it was the bit about management of holding companies that nearly made me laugh, and the sic code. :spl:
  10. Some of the harmonies I have enjoyed have been anything but harmonious or fraternall, internal politics they're everywhere, and a large libation often loosens tongues....unwisely, one should always be cautious and make ones stay short...
  11. As a vetran of the Hayburn, The "original" Ettrick and the Thornwood, you will understand Bluedell that I would not soil my mouse on FF, the "Rosie" was known as the fruit shop for good reason, I see and note that certain bellringers hold sway in that establishment, but only after Mrs Renfrew sold it to "Wattie", if the bollox that they spout there, that I am told is legendary in the world of bollox, the site you frequent must be wallowing in it. How's your good friend NL doing, any further inside info, maybe your heid buttons up the back Bluedell, us West End punters are a bit to street wise for unnabridged bullshit.....now if you had said Jamie Lee Curtis that would have been a whole different ball game....perhaps you could in the spirit of fraternal brotherhood point me in the direction of these accounts , for a "note" I believe I was informed was a myth by certain parties....PS it wasn't me who made that volcano erupt contrary to that which you may have heard...:devil:
  12. Murray Sports carried out one transaction, and one only. The accounts must be interesting, if anyone ever finds them.
  13. December apart it is there for all to see, Europe awaits and the evidence of many displays not something to look forward to with any confidence.
  14. Thank the All Seeing for sending us mowbray this season.
  15. Bluedell's opinion is quite clear on the matter. http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showpost.php?p=187053&postcount=45 http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showpost.php?p=187050&postcount=43 ETA,,, the figures are from MIH accounts of 2004, nothing has been hidden from anyone. Murray Sports have no recent accounts, it is believed they were liquidated and the debt absorbed by the parent company MIH. Loan notes 52,958 52,958 - - Other debtors 224 289 - - Prepayments and accrued income - 10 - - Deferred tax asset (note 16) ––1–,–4–4–3– –––1–,9–4–5– ––––––––- ––––––––- –5–4–,–6–2–5– ––5–5–,2–0–2– ––––––––- ––––––––- 1–2–9–,–9–7–3– –1–1–6–,5–6–0– ––1–0–,–1–5–4– –––––8–4–7– The loan notes were issued by Murray Sports Limited, a related party by virtue of common control. The loan notes are due for payment in the event of a sale of all or substantially all of the shares, assets or businesses of RFC Investment Holdings Limited and/or subsidiaries. Interest is payable at commercial rates, only in the event that Murray Sports Limited has sufficient accumulated distributable profits. In the year to 31 January 2003 a provision against the loan notes of Ã?£7,645,000 was made.
  16. As suspected nothing to do with football, all to do with revenue streams and the big boys getting the biggest slice of the cake.
  17. I will be happy with players who can fill the shirt with distinction and pride.
  18. The major leagues in world football are dominated by the same three or four teams year in year out, irrespective of the number of teams in their leagues, you need look no further than the alleged best league in the world the EPL. We should have a premier league of 18 and a first division of 22, 3 up 3 down from both, there are plenty of meaningless games in every league ours is no different.
  19. When and where has Murray's future plans for the club if no new owner is found been discussed, I have never heard a mention of it anywhere. Some people think the Mint is an irrelevance...so they wouldn't have been asking the question or discussing it, I wonder does that bar anyone from wondering about the Mints continued involvement, as some of us are a bit more aware of the power he wields or do some not want to face up to that impalpable fact. I will of course contact Frankie as to what I can and cannot post, as I realise some are easily offended..........My original post is below All is quiet whither it is bright is another matter, has anyone of a journalistic bent or even supporters representative origins, had the foresight to ask our owner SDM, what are his plans for the club if there is no change of ownership. Do we tread water for the foreseeable future, or are those famous or rather singular moonbeam that he disclosed was at the end of a very dark tunnel going to explode into a full blown hanging moon, just let's hope it isn't a runaway train headlight he really saw. Ol Wabash knows a thing or two about runaway trains..and the wreckage aint a pretty sight...
  20. Of course you mean detail like who is the owner of the club, people who let their personal agendas blind them to fact, are on a loser from the word go, a catagory which I am sure you would not wish to be bracketed in, incidentally SDM love him or loath him owns the whole shooting match.
  21. There are I am told some people, who are members of the flat earth society, there are some who even believe the bank is running the club, there are even some who believe that SDM is not the puppetmaster, still it takes all sorts.

  23. See the "big board" has finally caught up with us little people.... http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=147917  apparently they don't like the sounds of it either...
  24. How good is Messi, I laughed today when I heard that great full back Viv Anderson on the radio today saying, that he would have "cemented" him, as he did George Best. There was no malice or self promotion in his interview, which was incredibly funny, full of stories that made you laugh and realise how much Viv and his compatriots enjoyed the game and their luck at getting paid for it. He stopped short at calling todays players ballroom dancers, but the hint was there, it made me wonder, as he said his job was to prevent the superstars from being superstars, and how most times everything ended up with a handshake and a drink after the game. I wonder how the Messi's of the present day would fair against the hardmen defenders such as Shearer, Caldow, Provan, Harold Davies, McGrain, Hunter, Stiles, Tommy Smith, Martin Buchan the list is endless. I think the proponents of the old style football would come out on top every time, though Besty, Worthington, McMillan, the two Johnstones, Marsh, Greaves, Willie Henderson and other "fitba players" could hold their own and ride the best or worst of tackles...and Dennis Law his name said it all...the Lawman...
  25. Correct, you said we could be in administration, I merely pointed out that if my auntie had baws....
