they are well organised and connected, be it to politicians, the law, Mhedia and radio. They are using all those connections to orchestrate a ongoing campaign to harm our club. If we don't tackle this head on and soon the damage may be irreparable.

We need to stop this continual self flagellation.

Brian Kennedy will make offer to buy Gers - Express
aweebluesoandso replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
This guy sounds pretty autocratic, do we want one man making all the decisions again. Without the checks and balances of a 'true independent board' would offer? If there's one thing to be learned from this whole debacle it is this, when Rangers are financially mismanaged, or is attacked by our enemies. These internal and external problems can put the club existence or livelihood in serious jeopardy. Ultimately It's us the supporters that suffer the consequences, through the emotional turmoil and financial re-commitment that is required to get our club back. -
My eyes have been open wide to the machinations of our enemies, also some so called clever business men weren't so clever after all. Pride in my fellow BEARS.

Rangers Fighting Fund Meeting - Notes

I think he could do the same sort of job Paul McBride did for the Vermin, unofficial (official) spokesperson so to speak. -
I can see the BBC CSC doing a mocumentary with their usual anti-Rangers slant.

How Many Schemes to Save Rangers Are There
aweebluesoandso replied to chilledbear's topic in Rangers Chat
Many Bears over the various forums and including here, have been advocating for a few years now for a supporters fund linked to helping our club. I was involved at the very early stages with trying to get one of the ground, but because of the complexities of setting it up, it never got off the ground. Hopefully now with our club on the brink, we can finally get one up and running. I pledged my £1k to the Save Rangers without reading the small print, i now realise it has been set up to buy shares in the Blue Knight takeover. I'm still interested in the idea of part ownership by the support so part of my pledge is going to be honoured to Save Rangers. With this new initiative from Walter and Ally i will give them half of my original pledge to SR as the Rangers Fighting Fund will do the job i thought the SR fund would do, namely save my club from liquidation. If we could change the names round in the two funds it would more accurately describe both fund ethos's. Maybe one day both funds will be brought under the one umbrella and used by the support to help the club but also to be used as a vehicle to supporters part ownership of our club. -
Important Questions For The Scottish Media To Be Asking?
aweebluesoandso replied to Zappa's topic in Rangers Chat
Metaphorically speaking It's been like putting a giant Jigsaw puzzle together, trying to work out where all the pieces went. It's only half way finished but if you stand back you get idea what the full picture is like. it's a huge panoramic of Ibrox on match day, But somehow i think some of the pieces are going to be missing in the directors box with this one. I need to stay off the Cocoa -
Important Questions For The Scottish Media To Be Asking?

Who did the disastrously piss poor credit and reference checks, that nearly allowed Whyte to expunge the 140 year history of our glorious club? -
On the face of it i'm ready and willing to contribute. This is where the Save Rangers missed a trick, if they would have only turned those pledges into donations and helped the club in it's hour of need. They would have got massive respect and credit, that could have led to any prospective consortium to know that we the support mean business and we don't do walking away too.

We need a board (i wont say owner cause one owner has proven to be a disaster) who will face our enemies head on, call a spade a Mhankie shovel. Yes do things "the Rangers way" only when dealing with friends and family and in business, but not when dealing with the anti-Rangers agenda. The Gloves need to come off and start with the combinations, a left, a right, then an uppercut, and if that's not working stick the heid on them. No one said it was the Marquess of Queensberry rules.
-
The only way we will ever get into the EPL is if their big four go to a European super league, then we could maybe join a British Premier league. However in the meantime with the current SFA's and SPL blatant anti-Rangers agenda i don't see us having a fare hearing nor be allowed to compete on a level playing field.

If he is found guilty of taking over Rangers by illegal means (selling season tickets before he owned Rangers) then selling the Arsenal shares was theft.
-
I have been reading all this "we wont be allowed to move" etc but if you don't try how will we ever know for sure. new co new rules surely? Even if we remain as normal i think our days in the SPL/SFA are now over, how the hell does anyone want to stay with two corrupt and blatantly anti-Rangers organisations.

The only way out of the political mess is to fight back and take control of our country. We will because the people have had enough, get political and beat them at their own game. The time has come for our very own 'Peoples Party' to redress the imbalance. Once we have secured Rangers furure, up next is to fund this party and go after those who have tried to harm our club, culture, heritage and community.

''I'm confused'' Ditto. The Save Rangers site was posted on the many Rangers forums, on a wave of enthusiasm. I pledged my 1k with the hope that it would quickly become an donation to help my club survive the horrendous lingering death it is currently going through. But now i'm being told in other forums that my donation is not now needed. But rather keep it for a rainy day to buy shares in some 'new co' owned by who knows who? Will the supporters be in the driving seat of this new co, indeed will we be even invited to the party, never mind being on any future board. I feel i have been let down again by having my aspirations and dream's of supporter representation or even part ownership shattered.

Right so why is it called ''Save Rangers'' and not "stand back and watch Rangers go into liquidation''
-
Yet still we have people denying there is an agenda by the press in this country. If this would have happened in England the packages would have been declared non viable to dampen people's fears, bare in mind England has suffered at the hands of terrorist, Republican as well Islamic extremist. So why the huge panic to frighten people here, Apart from the Pan Am atrocity where's our history of suffering from terrorism?
-
I hope there will be a bigger outcry if they are found guilty of attempted murder for sending fake or not viable devices. That is a very slippery road to go down, if i say to you on here "i hope you die Darthter" i am to be now charged with attempted murder? extreme analogy but you can see where all this is going
-
It's a show trial, the verdict is immaterial to the state, it's a means to their end.

Clearing the immediate vicinity of any suspect package is the norm in these situations, how many time has a railways station or airport lounge been been cleared due to unattended luggage. However once the package has been established as harmless or indeed fake, everything quickly returns to normal and people are allowed to continue with their journeys. People were understandably frightened by these 'suspect packages' but the police and authorities are generally quick to reassure the community. On these occasions the 'professionals' who knew these devices were ultimately "not viable" were negligent with their reassurances and allowed the perception to continue and worry people that the devices were viable. The bomb disposal men or counter terrorism expert's would have know within minutes of examination that they were in fact fake, maybe even good fakes but ultimately harmless. This vital piece of information would have been communicated to all press and relevant bodies to communicate to the public. Why was it this fact was allowed to be misconstrued? I would ask who gained from the propaganda that was allowed to prevail that these 'viable devices' were aimed to harm the Celtic community rather than scare them?
