The players take their guidance from the manager and the board, when you have a board that that doesn't even turn up for these games (Dave King) and appoint a manager that is clearly way out his depths, know it, but continue as nothing is wrong, then you have serious problems, Easy to blame the players, but today the manager and the board need to take their fair share of the debacle, it was coming, i knew it, everyone on this forum knew it and this board knew it. Difference is we can't do anything about it , the board could have but choose not to. I'm not absolving the players from their part in the defeat, merely apportioning the blame.

Phew i'm just relieved it wasn't 10-0. I thought i had seen it all against them up till now, but that something else. I was actually feeling sorry for the players, they were left out to dry today, fecking shame so it is. Yeh we do seem to be chasing the end of the Rainbow with the share issues. There will come a time, which maybe not to far off in the future. When the members say enough is enough forever chasing the share pot of gold and decide to invest in other avenues. Ibrox and Govan is our Oyster and we should be looking for alternative investments, purchases, imo of course.

I can agree with this to an extent, the support though need to be share owners in the club, we can always debate the amount of that shareholding. But i agree 100% as i have said already, there are more ways to make our voices heard at board level. Land, property, assets, sounds a pipe dream but if you have £50k a month coming into the pot, it doesn't sound so much like a pipe dream for the support to be said asset/property owners.

Buying shares is very important, especially if we want some real participation in some of decisions at board level with a C1872 representative. However i think once we reach a target that gives C1872 what they need in voting rights and representation in the boardroom, we should be looking at asset purchases on behalf of the support. Land around Ibrox is going to be at a premium in the coming years, C1872 should be looking to purchase a parcel if available, have our own Car Parking like the Albion car park. We need to develop a broader outlook to use the supporters money.

I like the idea of a vehicle to pick up disabled supporters, simple but effective.With the new parking restrictions coming in next season it definitely could alleviate some problems for our disabled brethren.
