I would agree with Graeme's assessment of his performance and hopefully he can get a few more games to prove his worth. With all due respect to Albion Rovers it is difficult to get friendlies against decent opposition, not sure if he can play as a trialist in any Development League games. Centre back is a position where we are pretty strong from 15's through to 19's with decent prospects at each age group.

Jordan has had a few injury problems since joining the club. He was a bit unfortunate last season when Hardie went out on loan, with no recognised striker he was often selected to play the striker role which is not his natural position. Yesterday he got playing as an attacking midfielder and even allowing for the quality of the opposition he scored three very good goals.

Ursene Mouanda played in a couple of pre season games - Holding midfielder and looked decent - joined from County Durham Boys Club New Hartley Juniors. Amin Abaradan Bouzaig also played pre-season - a winger, did okay without excelling Myles Beerman played in a game at Ibrox at the end of last season as a winger (not full-back) - showed some good skills. -
Bates was woeful, on tonight's performance it shows why he couldn't get in the Raith team and they allowed him to go out on loan, it was difficult for young Bradley playing along side him. Crooks was way off the pace and was one foul away from a second yellow before he was substituted. Rudden and Lyon were excellent, Jeffries and Sinnamon did well.

Anybody that has been at the games will know the opposition goalkeepers have had little to do from memory Accies keeper 2 saves Dundee keeper 1 save late on from Mckay Motherwell 1 save late on from O'Halloran Killie 3 saves in second half, 2nd Tav free kick and two from McKay late on
