In both the Lyon and St Johnstone games we should have had penalties imo, so we seem to be getting the short end of the stick at home and abroad. My Dad reckons defenders would have to pull an axe out of their sock and scud big Cyriel on the head with it for us to get a penalty. I cannot disagree.

Considering the age/inexperience of some of our players I can forgive individual errors, but the miss from Cerny (not his first) was painful. The difference between us with Tav and us with Kasanwirjo was obvious. We should have had a penalty, I almost seen dessers nipples in the replay of the shirt pull in the box. But all that said we were never going to beat this Lyon side if they were up for it, and they were.

Chuffed that Hagi is back in the first team squad. Imo he is as talented as, if not more talented than any player at the club at the moment.

A poor watch, but three points in the bag. I thought Big Phil's european hangover excuse was fair enough, but the Souttar penalty was a definite penalty for me. I do remember having ten or a dozen similar 1 - 0 home game wins in the fifty five season so it does not worry me tbh. Still confident we are moving in the right direction.

Dessers for me

Rangers were awesome in the first half and Dessers should have had a of couple of penalties. I'm coming to the conclusion I prefer McCausland to Cerny. Job done.

Dessers, but Barron and Jefte were great too.

Really enjoying watching this Rangers team come together. Somebody will take a right hammering off us shortly. Big Cyriel now has seven goals and two assists in seven games. Maybe punting him was not such a great idea, he earns his wages and then some. Young Barron and Jefte were awesome yet again and Bajrami had a good game on the left. C'mon The Gers

Was really difficult to split Barron and Jefte, but ended up going with the later. Also, what a cameo from Igamane 👍🏻
