Google "out of work football managers" then click on the Transfermarkt Available coaches site for a huge list of managers. There are loads of really good ones waiting to be snapped up. And I agree that we should be looking upward at guys like Gallardo, Lopetegui, Vitor Pereira, and not at more experimental guys. We are Glasgow Rangers and we can offer managers a chance to compete for two cups, a national league and european football every season. But we have to be prepared to pay the cost for a real boss.

Apologies if this topic has already been covered, but if it has I missed it, so. As a British person I have always thought it strange that we have not got a British football pyramid. After all we have been a united people for over three hundred years and I can see only poitives coming from it, so why has it never happened ?

You often hear how Bluenoses are demanding & unforgiving fans, the above poll proves this is not the case. Unbelievably 46.34% still want to give him more time. Ten months of suffering crap football is just not enough it seems.

Why not aim a little higher, here's some jobless managers that I would at least try to get. Why not throw the kitchen sink at getting someone we know is up to the job, no more inexperienced maybes. MB appears to me to have some sort of shamanistic hold over some of the support. Everyone does of course have a right to an opinion regarding MB, but why is his shambles of a tenure not enough evidence to condemn him. That was the weakset I have seen the other lot for a long time and yet they came an took three points at Ibrox without any supporters. MB out !

MB should be sacked right now imo, but I doubt he will. I expect the board will give him more time. Maybe try to rescue the situation by hiring an experienced d.o.f to work with him. What I would like to see though, is MB out an a d.o.f/manager pairing brought in. A pair who have worked well together, successfully at another club.
