Reading on SoS FB page that Craig believes the RFB have been lied to with regard to when Ashley was first involved with the club. SoS say he put up,the cash for Green, Criag willing to attained next RFB/Club meeting as he knows more about the subject!! Has anyone seen the minutes? I was talking about RST buying shares not anyone else. certainly not hedge funds or secretive Far East groups.

The only thing that is important is the number of shares purchased, and that is public knowledge.

The RST announce when and how many shares they have purchased, just like they did today. Why anyone requires to know how many RST members contribute to BR I fail to understand, its their business. I'm a member and do not contribute to BR, preferring to buy as an individual, just in case you are interested. As Bluedell have so eloquently stated it ain't a pissing competition

Just received this email from the bank. It turns out they vote for me after I give them instructions, why did they not tell me that last week? Anyway looks like its sorted now. Others may be in same circumstance, if so contact bank asap. Thank you for your e-mail. We will be sending out the initial voting mailing by the end of this week which will arrive with customers as of next week (w/c 16th Feb). The latest we will be able to send out voting letters will be 18th February, after that date log instructions only will be accepted, up until our instruction deadline of 26th February. As far as the board are concerned cost does not come into it. They are trying everything to win the EGM, hoping that distance stops small shareholders from attending/voting. We must ensure that all small shareholders proxy their votes on this occasion. -

This is to disturb the organising of collecting proxy votes by RST & RF. Some will think that EGM will now be in Glasgow, don't get fooled. Organise your proxy now.

RST Meeting with Nominee Directors The RST board is meeting with Paul Murray and John Gilligan this coming Thursday in order for them to answer questions from our members. We would ask all members to submit questions ahead of this meeting to secretary@rangerssupporterstrust.co.uk or to send them to the Twitter account @RangersFCTrust. We will endeavour to ask as many of our members' questions as possible at the meeting and will publish the answers as soon as possible afterwards. Depending on the outcome we have also been offered the possibility of a follow up meeting prior to the EGM which could be attended by a larger number of RST members. Just off the phone to the bank. Seems I have to inform them that I wish to vote at EGM. They will now ensure i get a voting card etc. Think I will also contact Capita just to make sure.

Received my EGM paperwork today. Wee question re shareholdings, I bought at the IPO and have share certificate for these shares. In January I purchased further shares through bank, no share certificate is issued. How do I know if the paperwork issued today is for all the shares I own, nowhere does it give the number of shares held. Suppose I will have to contact Registars and bank to find out, may be others in same boat. Worth checking that you are voting with all your shares.

Surely one vote is all that is required? Why would anyone vote to replace the ****s on one poll and vote to keep in another? Or am I missing something?

I posted the RST statement for information. The difference is that one organisation is a independent one member one vote vote setup, the other aint.
