  1. Cameron was not a RC. Also the present LP is she an RC? The RC population of Glasgow is far higher than 15% more likely nearer 30%.
  2. There is a reason that there has been no Protestant Lord Provost in Glasgow for decades, against all odds. That’s incorrect.
  3. We don’t know actually what she said, but it looks like pc(no pun intended) madness. It only takes one to complain and it opens the gates, bet the complainant was not the only RC in attendance.
  4. ‘But she was also accused of making a joke about children being at risk of abuse in Catholic schools. She was informed of the demotion decision at a disciplinary hearing earlier this month. ‘
  5. We gave them 2 goals today, not good enough nowhere near it.
  6. Wilson as slow as a week in the jail. Miller done. What position is he supposed to be playing? Hodson never a Rangers player. Windass also never a Rangers player, no heart, no fight, terrible final ball.

  8. https://rangers.co.uk/news/academy-news/gers-academy-achieves-elite-status/ RANGERS are delighted to confirm today that our Academy has achieved ‘Elite’ status in the Scottish FA’s new Academy structure under their flagship initiative ‘Project Brave’. Project Brave is designed to improve the standard of Scottish footballer resulting in greater success for our club sides and national teams. Rangers are one of only eight clubs to be awarded ‘Elite’ status and Head of Academy, Craig Mulholland commented: “We are delighted to have achieved ‘Elite’ status following a rigorous audit by the SFA who examined areas such as strategy and vision, coaching, recruitment, sports science, medicine, analysis, education and welfare and our support functions. “Through participation on the working group, Rangers have assisted in shaping Project Brave and we believe that radical change was required to raise the standards in Scottish Football. We are delighted to be playing our part in designing this positive new vision. “People are unclear on what Project Brave actually is but we believe the changes that will provide the most benefit are: More clearly defined focus on ensuring the Scottish FA and clubs spend the finite resource available on developing the country’s best prospects . “More ‘best v best’ opportunities for the top young Scottish players with improved competition on a weekly basis. The move to summer football for the under-11’s to under-16’s allowing our players to play on better pitches and in a better climate. “The addition of an extra age group at under-16 resulting in a pathway with teams at all age groups from under-11 to under-16 and the introduction of a dual age band at under-18 allowing decisions to be taken on players at a more appropriate stage in their maturation. “The introduction of alternate game days for 11’s and 12’s, 13s and 14’s, allowing talented players to play up an age group and be challenged more easily. “Increased criteria for clubs to meet, driving up the standards of Academy provision in Scotland in line with countries such as England, Germany, France, Belgium, etc. “The possibility to examine ‘colt’ teams at the top end of the pathway to manage the transition from Academy to first team. We welcome these initiatives which will complement our own Academy strategy and ambition.” The changes from Project Brave will commence in January 2018.

  11. Rangers Football Club THIS year, Rangers will be showing their support for LGBT players and fans through Stonewall Scotland’s Rainbow Laces campaign. At our match at Ibrox on Wednesday 29 November, the Club will be showing support for the LGBT community and inspiring people who follow and take part in sport to “come out” as allies. We want sport to be everyone’s game and are proud to stand with gay, lesbian, bi and trans players and supporters everywhere. The campaign, which also has the backing of the SPFL, aims to make sporting environments more inclusive for LGBT fans and players by raising awareness of anti-LGBT abuse. Research carried out last year found that 72 per cent of football fans have heard anti-LGBT remarks at games over the last five years, while 20 per cent of 18 to 24 year olds said they would be embarrassed if their favourite player came out as LGBT. The Rainbow Laces campaign runs from 24 November to 3 December and Rangers stars Kenny Miller and Captain Lee Wallace are leading the way by pledging their support. Earlier this season, the Club welcomed Stonewall Scotland to The Rangers Football Centre where they gave presentations about the Rainbow Laces campaign to both the first team and Under 17s squads. Kenny Miller commented, “It’s great to see this initiative in football and I’m delighted that SPFL clubs are getting behind the campaign. “I will be wearing the laces with pride at the match against Aberdeen later this month. We want all fans to feel welcome and included at our games. ” Colin Macfarlane, Director of Stonewall Scotland, said “We’re delighted that Rangers Football Club is supporting Rainbow Laces, and standing with LGBT fans. “Many LGBT people want to take part in sport, either as players or fans, but abuse from a small minority makes many people feel unsafe. “Wearing Rainbow Laces is a great way to show your support, and help make sport more inclusive for everyone.” Follow Stonewall Scotland using @StoneWallScot and get involved in the conversation on Twitter via #RainbowLaces. 12. Rangers midfielder Daniel Candeias has explained why he thinks Pedro Caixinha was sacked as the club’s manager, and how the Portuguese coach reacted when the axe fell. Caixinha was given his marching orders at Ibrox last month, after lasting less than nine months and 30 league games in the Scottish Premiership. Candeias was one of his recruits during the transfer window last summer, and the 29-year-old has been one of Rangers’ more successful acquisitions so far. “As far as I can tell, there is still no song for me, but when I do something in the games, they move a lot. It’s always good to feel this support. During the international break, Candeias has been speaking to the Portuguese media about his spell in Glasgow, how he is being treated by supporters, and why he thinks an embarrassing Europa League elimination played a big part in Caixinha’s dismissal. Speaking via Portuguese newspaper Record, via Sport Witness, he said: “Everything has gone very well. “I adapted easily even for having a Portuguese manager at the start of the season and I played a lot so far. “The atmosphere in the games is fantastic, the stadiums are always full and the motivation is not lacking. I’m happy at Rangers. “Feedback is good. The people like me and I feel cherished by our fans in every game. “As far as I can tell, there is still no song for me, but when I do something in the games, they move a lot. It’s always good to feel this support. “The (Europe) elimination marked the season for Caixinha. Left him at work in a certain way, conditioned. The club wanted to play in Europe and it wasn’t possible. “But the manager always gave everything for the club and protected the group. “It’s already known that in football, a whole squad is never dismissed and the coach is the one who ends up paying. “It was in that (Motherwell) game that everything changed. We were clearly the best team, but there were strange things in that game. For example, they broke the nose of Fábio Cardoso and the opponent didn’t even get a yellow. It was difficult to manage.” And on the day Caixinha was given his marching orders, Caixnha added: “No. He didn’t say anything. But I also believe that everything went very quickly. “We now have to focus on the future and continue the work so that we can smile at the end.”
  13. It will not be McInnes then.
  14. Yes, how many 90 mins has he played? Guy next to me is always saying that he cannot last a game. Also I wish he had his fathers heart/toughness not his mothers.
  15. Talking to a Dumbarton fan last week. The Sons fans were not impressed by him, they used him at right back.
