B'Ham player of the season (so far)
Norris Cole replied to Super_Ally's topic in General Football Chat
Barry Ferguson is undoubtedly a Premiership-standard player. He was Blackburn's best player before his injury, and it now sounds like he's one of the main factors in Birmingham's success this season. He just had to get out of Scotland unfortunately. -
He was too good for Abergreen so hard to see him going to Killie. Killie could be in trouble now, I reckon Jefferies was the only thing keeping them up in the last few years. The chairman sounds like a right roaster - David Tanner on Sky Sports said the relationship between Jefferies and Johnston had been deteriorating for years, and the final straw was when Johnston asked Kevin Kyle to publicly criticise Jefferies tactics. Kyle refused, Jefferies got wind of it and slapped in the resignation. Lawyers talking apparently. Jim McIntyre or Derek Adams for me.

What they should be charging for games anyway, but fair play to the club for a nice bit of common sense. Although I agree it should be on the season ticket. Surely League Cup games are still on the season ticket?

This is the way I want to win the league. At Parkhead. In the last game of the season. Strathclyde Police........RRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEAAAADDDYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super "Kyle Lafferty" Ally.

That was the 1-0 game at the Piggery to all but seal 9IAR. Totally brilliant, old school.

I really, really hope that's what they all think. Oh FFS . You'd think we were 2nd and they were 1st -

I had to look it up. It's spelt pyrric, means "achieved at excessive cost". Aye. Jog on timmy. -
Perhaps we need to grow a set and invade somebody. Did we not try something pseudo-colonial in Panama once? We should just nick some third world country.

The single most disgraceful display of cheating in what was a dark and tainted season. I too had a wry smile at "Who's the mason in the black" on Sunday. It's pronounced "feenian".

There's no shame in boycotting Murray elderslieblue, I know many staunch fans who haven't been to Ibrox for a number of years and it's a great shame the number of loyal and decent fans who felt isolated from the club they love under his custodianship. Here's hoping your season ticket sees some success.

One of my all time favourites came near the end of last season when Bougherra had his red card v Aberdeen rescinded when some deranged bheast came out with "If the huns go on to win the league it will be an empty and phyrric victory". Not sure the bouncy at Tannadice in May felt empty and phyrric but there you go As I've said before, if they didn't exist we'd have to invent them. -
I think Arsenal will win today.

Rangers fans surely?

Gersnet totally unusable with snow animation

Snow fair. -
Exactly, and Rangers fans should never forget it. Neither should the despicable Levein's comments about McCurry around the same time be forgotten. A shitey wee club who aren't even the most successful outfit in their own midden of a city, and a club never slow to join in the chip, chip, chip of the anti-Rangers agenda in Scotland. Reap what you sow baw bags. Seven - count them.

Injuries and suspensions aside, we have every reason to go into tomorrow with confidence against what will be a committed but brittle as hell bheast outfit. Miller has become a bit of a talisman against the bheasts so naturally he'll be a big loss and credit to Walter for asking questions of what was a farcical and borderline corrupt decision by the SFA. Our other Old Firm talisman is the wee Spaniard so I'm not liking the recent noises about his availability. Historically however, and certainly under Smith, some of our best performances against the bheasts have come in such circumstances. A turgid draw is the favourite, but I wouldn't be surprised if we sneaked a win. I also wouldn't be that surprised if we pumped them. Bheasts 1 - 2 Champions

Boyd to score and give it the Larsson celebration as the inbreds jump from the top tier. Also a nice wee bit of bheast on bheast fighting after Lafferty makes it 5 against 8-man Celtic as the time-honoured timplosion spreads to the stands.

Win tomorrow and I reckon the bheasts will take some recovering, halfway stage or not. As ever, let's get fucked into this shower from the off. A first minute "reducer" from Big Lee on Aids would be a bonus. Ronglish Loyal
